I entered my office smiling to myself. Finally, I have her complete trust, AND as a bonus I have her wrapped around my finger love stricken like crazy.
It was pure luck she had believed I actually liked the stupid child's story, sure I had thought the beast was cool as a kid, until he fell in love with the stupid girl. And she actually believed that corny thing about love and trust. I didn't expect her to be so gullible, I thought it would have been so much harder to trick her than this.
Maybe I had overestimated her wits. No, I shook away that thought, she was clever it was just that my plan was so clever and unthought of even she wouldn't expect it. Now that I have her trust, it is time to finally give her statue as my co ruler, then destroy the stupid agency, then anything else that gets in my way. I smirked as I pulled out the box holding the key to the final pieces of my plan.
Or should I even call it a "key"?
