Chapter twenty two

MEERA'S POV  

I turned to my left, then to my right and then again to my left. This wasn't enough for me. I lied down on my belly.

"WAE!" I couldn't sleep. Maybe I am used to having JackFrost next to me.

Yes. Taeyong has been sleeping beside me. His backhugs are really comforting.

Flashback

*Knock knock*

I looked at the clock. 10Pm. I opened my bedroom door only to find Taeyong with his pillow.

"I had a nightmare." I didn't say anything and just stared at him. He could have gone to Mark's room.

Well, good for me.

I moved to the side for him to enter. He did and immediately landed on my bed like a starfish. "Come." He patted the space next to him.

Woah! My crush is asking me to sleep with him! I am one lucky girl.

I slowly lied down next to him with my back facing him. Minutes later I felt his arms wrapped around my waist pulling me closer to him.

"Goodnight."

Flashback over

"What am I supposed to do now?"

I felt something move under my bed but I was too scared to check. I shut my eyes and counted sheeps. "One sheep, two sheep, three-"

*knock knock*

I opened the door and then again slammed it shut. I don't want to see him. He is a jerk!

*At 1am*

I was thirsty. There was no water in my room so I walked to the kitchen.

"Omo!"

As soon as I opened the door I found Taeyong next to my door with a pillow clutched in his arms. He lazily opened his eyes. He quickly stood up and dragged me to the bed.

Before I could complain he pulled me closer to him for a backhug. "Goodnight."

It was not too long after that I heard his loud snores. I turned around to face him. Cupping his cheeks in my small hands I carressed his face.

"You know I like you right?"

With that I wrapped my arms around his waist and hugged him.

"Goodnight."

I woke up before Taeyong and did my morning rountines. Hae Ra came to join us for breakfast. Mr and Mrs Lee went to a nearby park for their morning walk.

She tried to kiss me. I didn't want to. A guy gives in when a girl kisses him.

Taeyong gave me this reason that night. So I decided to check it.

I grabbed Mark's collar and pulled him in. Before our lips touched he gently pushed me away.

"Noona?" Taeyong's eyes widened and Hae Ra choked on her cereal. I looked at Taeyong.

"How hard was that?!"

Even though I'm not his girlfriend its his fault for making me think that he feels the same way.

"Are you nuts?!" He shouted at me. From my peripherel vision I could see a staring contest between Mark and Hae Ra.

"I just wanted to see if its true! About what you said that night." It was a deafening silence until Taeil came.

"Whats for breakfast?"

I glared at Taeyong and walked towards Taeil. Without thinking I grabbed his collar and pressed my lips against his. I could feel his body getting stiff. I moved my lips a little but he didn't kiss me back.

See not all guys are like Taeyong.

I was about to pull away when I felt his lips moving with mine. His hands hesitantly reached for my waist.

Upon secretly opening my eyes I found Taeil's closed eyes. He was enjoying the kiss. I again closed my eyes and went with the flow.

We both pulled away after a few seconds to breathe in some oxygen. We looked into each others eyes. He was still in shock.

"Th-" Before Taeil could say something, Taeyong dragged me away from the scene. I didn't complain and let him drag me.

He brought us to his room and closed the door behind him. "What was that all about?!"

"What do you mean?" I simply said trying to provoke him. "It's not like you're my boyfriend or something."

"But I.." I waited for him to complete. For him to say something that I wanted to hear. But he didn't.

"I am leaving." I moved past him. In an instant he held my hand and swirled me around making my back hit the door. He tightly held my waist.

He dropped his lips on mine. I encircled my arms around his nape and kissed him back.

"Will you be my girlfriend?" His heavy breathing was making me lose my mind.

"Yes!" I squealed and hugged him.

HAE RA'S POV

"Why did she try to kiss you?!"

I snapped at Mark. I wasn't actually mad at him or Meera. I knew what she was trying to do. A little bit of playing won't hurt anyone right?

I puffed my cheeks with air when oppa, TY and Meera left. Crossing my arms against my chest I glared at my boyfriend.

He stood up from his seat and ran to me. He moved his hands in front of me to tell me that there is nothing between them.

"I have no idea why she did that. I was just eating my cereal when she suddenly pulled me in. Jinja! She is like an older sister to me."

It was so funny seeing him all flustered. Pink cheeks. Nervous smile. Rubbing his nape. Confused eyes.

I love Mark Lee.

He gave me all sorts of explaination. I held in my laughter and looked the other way. He stood in front of me and held his hair.

"I really didn't do anything." This time he sounded hurt and upset. I decided to drop my act and quickly peck his lips.

"Gwenchana. I trust you."
