Andy was still the same when I got to her room.
"You can leave now," I told the maid who always stay with here.
"Yes, sir."
She left the room and I sat on the chair beside the bed like always. I was staring at her beautiful peaceful face. She wasn't moving, twitching nor flinching.
I missed her smiling face so much. I keep clenching my fists.
Sometimes, I sound just like a human. Well, I've never been this guy full of worries and woes if it wasn't for Andy.
I would rather die again than letting her die.
I heard footsteps coming.
"How is she Jun?" Noa sprung from the door.
"Still the same my Lord."
"I told you to drop my lord thing. Is it fine to just call me by my first name since you're her lover right? Just call me like before."
"If that is an order then, Noa, I want to ask you about something private."
"What is it?"
"What is the powers of the prisoner Lord Kei?" Saying his name, Noa turned pale.
"Who told you that?"
"Nobody did."
"That vampire is not supposed to be mentioned here Jun. I also asked them about him at the beginning of my ruling of the council and they shut me immediately. But they told me the details as I am the new leader." Noa did sound like he has lived for centuries.
"And you're not supposed to tell anyone, are you?"
"Yes. I can only tell you not to go near him for he can corrupt you with his thoughts. I'll be going now. If ever Andy wakes up, call me immediately."
"Understood." And Noa left.
The room went silent again.
Lord Kei huh? Who really is he?
Why is everyone keeping his records? Something's definitely wrong here.
But...
Second thoughts are filtering my head...
Will he really be able to make Andy open her eyes?
Will he really do something that others are incapable of?
But I can't just confront him and let him go. There must be another way to wake her up. Right?
Am I losing hope about Andy's awakening? I don't want to think it like that.
