THE SHADOW WITHIN THE MANSION

Following Andy, she entered the council mansion. I, too, entered secretly.
Even as a vampire with skills, I lost track of her scent then the butler who serves Andy a while ago walked towards me.
"They have been expecting your arrival, Mr. Blackard. Please follow me."
With no questions, I did follow him. I can't ask him any questions because he said it himself - the council knew I was coming. One of them must have the ability to see or predict the future.
"Please wait in this room." as I entered, he shut the door.
Suddenly, I felt weird. Something was messing with me.
"Chryst! Show yourself!"
He showed up from the shadows. "You figured it out too quickly! You're no fun Jun!"
"Where's Andy?"
"She's just in one of our guest rooms. No need to worry." He chuckled in a way an enemy would. This guy is dangerous.
"Don't let her know that I'm here Chryst."
"As if I would" then he snapped his fingers and made another smile.
Thud!
"Ugh!"
Vines sprouted from my position and brought me to the floor. It was squeezing my body tight that not even a vampire can escape. It was dangling on my arms, legs, everywhere!
"You've done your purpose Jun, or should I say Euljis. We have used you exceptionally quite well."
"So you were the one who sends the newborn to Andy. The council itself... is at fault!" I could hardly talk as the vines got tighter and tighter.
"I don't need to explain myself Jun. 3 days from now, a vampire ball will be held and Andy will die there, sacrificing her life to awaken Lady Saneel. And you'll be stuck here until Andy dies!" he said proudly as he left the room and locked it.
Dang!
I can't escape! My hands were tied wildly and my hypnotism doesn't work on other vampire's power!
I got to act quickly or else Andy will...
She will....
I won't let it happen!
