Lilian Gray was born and raised in Austin Texas. Her parents were busy folk when it came to day to day life. So you can imagine her surprise when everything in her room floated and she had no one to turn to. With her high IQ and interest in figuring out what was going on with her, lily left Austin in search of answers.
Finally settling in Central City, a place were a man dressed in Scarlet ran around and no one batted an eye.
