Chapter 1: Harder Better Faster Stronger

Daft Punk, the famous French music duo Electro, continues to increase its popularity in the world. Filled the whole rooms wherever they go, and each time for the group, it's the same triumph. For the end of their tour, the group gives a concert in the hall of Bercy, to the capital of the France, Paris. The news spread quickly and the tickets sell quickly in a short time. A young woman comes to the time to buy her ticket in a record store. Her name is Sophie Dunams, and she has 18 years old. Long brown and silky hair, hazel eyes and a face of an angel, Sophie is a girl who lives in Paris ever since forever. She is a student and is interested in technology and science. Serious student, well liked by her teachers, but often rejected by other students, Sophie has another passion since several years: she is a big fan of Daft Punk. Before the Bercy hall, a huge crowd of people began to gather for the concert. A large poster of the group is hanging above the entrance. When the room is filled, the lights go out and the crowd starts yelling and cheering in a deafening roar. Sophie shouts with all his strength and the happiness in his eyes. Lights, with futuristic aspects, begin to invade the room, and a robotic voice sounds like an echo. It is the voice of Thomas Bangalter, one of the members of Daft Punk.

(Thomas): "Good evening humans, we are the Daft Punk, robots created to make dance mankind. So get ready for an unforgettable night."

The lights turn on and Daft Punk appears on the stage behind their samples and synthesizers. In seeing them, Sophie can not prevent herself to applaud and scream, like the rest of the room. The first notes begin to sound in the room Bercy. Daft Punk notices Sophie to the front row, clapping and waving her arms. They guess that she is a very big fan. Guy-Manuel, the second member of the group, takes a formal pendant of the band in his pocket and gave it to Sophie before returning to his synthesizer. Sophie could almost cry with joy to see this pendant in his hands, given by a member of Daft Punk, but she does not want to cry in front of her idols. The group begins with one of their biggest hits and one of the favorite songs of Sophie: Harder Better Faster Stronger. The electro music starts to sounding and the concert begins, with the screams and applause from the crowd.

Sophie sings along with the group because she knows the lyrics of all the songs by heart, because she has listened them to her room. The whole crowd starts to dancing and clapping, and Sophie did the same. The concert continues with songs like: One More Time, around the world, Robot Rock, Prime time of your life, Get Lucky, and many others.

During the last song, Daft Punk at request that a white light is on Sophie. The young woman did not know what to do. She was the middle of the light, with the entire crowd around her and Daft Punk, who continued to play while watching her. Why her? Because they know she is not a regular fan? Then the song Harder Better Faster Stronger, sounds again into the concert room, but with Sophie on the stage this time. The young woman looks without moving, and with happiness, Daft Punk playing for her. Dancers come around Sophie to the dance, while the two robots continue to play and sing their song. The crowd goes wild. Lights and fireworks explode across the room. This is the grand finale. Sophie could believe in a dream, but it is the reality, and it is even better. When the song ends, Daft Punk comes forward and welcomes the crowd with Sophie on their side.
