My first instinct is to get Cassie and nugget. I run to their tent to see both asleep. It's so quiet that they are unaware of the attack that's happening. I shake them and tell to ringer " get the rest of the team, we are heading out!" She starts immediately. She must have seen the drone too.
So we run. As we pack into the Car an explosion goes off to my right. "Shit!" I whisper to myself as the car trudges through the thick forest. Ringer shoots behind us and another explosion hits rocking the ground below us causing us to hit our heads on the ceiling. Then Cassie opens the door and a tear sheds down her face. I yell at her to not leave, but with a single word she jumps out. With a gun in one hand and the other with a grenade she must have taken from our supplies from the so called raid that me and ringer figured out the truth about the 5th wave.
Ringer keeps going but I can't let her leave, not with nugget here. They just saw eachother. Why is she doing this. I cant let her do this. So I jump.
