Okay, it's the afternoon, I'm supposed to be in training but WHY am I sent to the academics building. This is so frustrating.Come to think of it, I don't come often here on afternoons. It looks deserted actually.
It was. . . too quiet. Suddenly I felt, scared. It's like I'm walking into a deserted alley.
I was all too confident that no one was there but then I heard a voice. A voice so beautiful, it's tempting.

Why is there someone singing all of a sudden? I wanted to follow the voice when the principal caught me.
"Daniel, you're here, the professor wants to talk to you" She said to me.
"Uhm, Madame principal? I heard someone singing." I said.
"Singing?" She laughed
"That's absurd. The music department is on the other side of the campus Daniel." My eyes grew wide when she said that.
"S-so no one's here?" My heart suddenly beat fast.
"Not.a.soul. Why, is there a problem?"
She looked worried for a moment.
"Nothing. I thought I just heard someone. That's all."

I was having lunch in the cafeteria next day with the guys. I've been thinking about that angelic voice I heard yesterday.
"Hey guys, haven't you heard?" Mark said to Valentine and her friend.
Both of them seemed interested.
"There are rumors going around campus."
Ay, here we go again.
"Did the chess team got caught gambling again?" Valentine sounded annoyed.
"H-how did you----actually no, that's not it. Some students claimed that they heard someone singing during late at night." I almost spit out the water that I was drinking.
"S-singing?" I said.
Why do I feel scared all of a sudden.
"Yeah, they think it's a girl. Her voice echoes the corridors of the dorm. They think it's a ghost." Joy added.
"I haven't heard anything.." Valentine kept eating.
"I mean that's ridiculous, if there WAS a ghost in school why show up now?"

The next day Mark and I were walking the halls of the academics building when suddenly I got a glimpse of Valentine in one of the classrooms.
"I-I saw Valentine!" I keep hitting make on the shoulder.
"What are you talking about? She's probably on her way to training right now." He said.
"But it was her! I'm sure of it!" I insisted.
"Ah, first you're hearing things, now you're seeing people who aren't there. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?"
"Actually, I don't know what's happening.I don't know WHY I'm seeing Valentine all of a sudden and---."
We're about to open the doors when I suddenly saw Valentine standing in front.
"Daniel!" She said.
"AAH!" WHAT IS HAPPENING? This can't be! You're hallucinating Daniel. YOU.ARE.HALLUCINATING!
