You probably know the stories. But they aren't just stories. Greek gods are real- that meaning Zeus, Hades, Athena, Apollo, etc.-they're all as real as you and me.
But there is another part of Greek mythology, piece of history, that has not been taught at school. Something influential. Something big. In 2008, the gods fought in another war with their immortal rivals, the Titans. In an attack put upon Olympus, Gods and their mortal children-more commonly known as demigods- worked together as usual to defeat their common enemies and monsters. The gods won with their help, but the titans left a gash on the gods' health before departing from victory.
The gods were incapactitated from a poison-bombing in the battlefield, driving most of them to their painful and sickening deaths. The remainder of the gods who survived were driven mad by the poison's affects. They forgot the difference between demigod and monster, Titan and mortal, family and enemy. Out of fear and rage, they attacked and killed everything and everyone in sight, including their own family.
Only Artemis, the goddess of maidenship and the moon, was left sane and alive, because she was severally injured and hidden away by her hunters. She knows a way to bring back the gods, and reverse the crumble of Olympus. Unless her plan pays off, the millennia of the Gods' reign, everything they've invested in, will be over, and the world will perish in chaos' hands.
Oh, did I mention? My name is Sierra- Sierra Scott. Yes, I am a demigod; daughter of Hades, to be precise. I guess you can say I'm a devil's child. Anyway, I will be telling you how Artemis brought back the gods. And how am I relative to the story? you may ask. Well, I was part of her plan. This is the story of how my father fell. And this is the story of how I rose up to take his place.
