I've been so busy I didn't even get to update my progress from yesterday, and I'm so excited about it!!
I went back and learned that I was doing it at home which is why I was experiencing so much pain. In the 1/2 hour at the doctors I moved up a side AND was able to use the plastic ones which help with stretching and finding my real trigger points.
It finally figured out the right angle and we're back on tract to recovery. Isn't that crazy?? And to think I was so freaked out.
Last week I didn't make it to my appointment, I had a really rough morning and was so upset I knew I wouldn't be able to do my physical therapy because I was just so freaked, so we just canceled it. Now that things are good again I can start trying again at home, so here's hoping everything goes right! I'm nervous it's going to hurt trying it at home again but I'm trying not to psych myself out...
