You know what was more terrifying than the giant trying to crack open the cage I was in like a pistachio? They way Jack had attacked. It was almost as if he was trying to kill that poor giant. She was starving, she had no choice. I hope she's okay, but I also hope that whatever Jack had become is long gone. But, other than that, I had actually remembered one dream, where I met an angel, his name was Raziel...
Mark dragged Jack outside, which on the bright side was closer to the strange castle. Rishka followed, practically sprinting. Even though he was moving slowly, he was still fast. Mark placed Jack next to a hill and sat in front of the Hunter. Rishka pulled out an apple from her bag and ate, watching the giants. She still felt sorry for that hybrid, it was starving, it had no control. She sneezed, and Mark looked at her. She was cold. Mark lowered his hand and Rishka crawled onto it. He lifted his hand up to his shoulder and Rishka climbed on to it.
The view was breathtaking, especially with the constellations above in the night sky. She only knew the zodiacs, but not the rest of them. Mark yawned, which made Rishka jump. He carefully set her on the ground and laid in front of Jack, keeping one hand on Jack's leg. Rishka crawled into Mark's hand, seeking warmth, and fell asleep to his powerful heartbeat...

The world was dark, shadowy creatures raced past and at Rishka. She ducked as a decomposed creature slashed at her. She ran. It felt so real! One of the shadows stood in front of her, a hideous beast with cracked horns, spears all over, and torn, deformed wings. It snarled and scraped its paw across the ground, then launched itself. Everything went still as the creature and the shadows surrounding her faded. She could finally move again, but went nowhere. She fell to the floor in defeat after searching and crying out for what seemed like hours. She felt a hand touch her and looked up to see a man with a bird mask and gray wings. She looked at him, but no words came out whenever she tried to speak. He spread one, wing, and the scenery brightened.
"Young girl, what are thou name?" He asked.
"R-Rishka." She hiccuped.
"Do you know who I am?" He asked.
"No," Rishka replied, looking down.
"I am Raziel, and I have come to bear you a message." He said.
The scenery changed to a stormy scene. It was in the strange castle, a giant with glowing sapphire eyes was fighting a much smaller and younger looking giant, two corpses, possibly challengers, lay on the side. Raziel took Rishka closer, and lightning crashed above, revealing a much younger and frightened Mark. He darted to the side and launched himself at the giant, and it screeched, smashing his fist down and knocking Mark to the side. He struggled to get up, and fell. The sorcerer approached, but a hunter's roar cut through the storm and a younger version of Jack launched himself onto the sorcerer's back. The young Hunter dug his nails into the sorcerer's shoulders and bit his neck. The sorcerer screeched as it threw Jack off.
The scene faded to the ravine she had fallen into after being chased by a dinosaur. The two young giants were dragged in and chained, and a rotting corpse was unchained and taken away. The young giants awoke as the sorcerer and other giants left. They looked at each other, and began drawing in the sand. Writing. Rishka stared in awe. They could write? But how?
"How, how-"
"Long ago, the immortal King, Fumetsu, the sorcerer, cursed the Royal Family to become giants. There were only humans. They couldn't speak, but they could write. The rest of the kingdom fled, seeking Fumetsu for guidance. Two families recognized their old leaders, and acted as servants. They, too, were cursed. The followers were turned into giants that would fall for the control of his call. The three families, however, were able to resist his call. Jack and Mark belong to the families that had recognized the overthrown royal family. They kept their knowledge through generations. The reason for the two attacking, is still unknown to us." Raziel said, looking at Rishka.
"So, do they still know how?" Rishka asked.
"They tend to do it in secrecy, Fumetsu is hunting down every last rebel against him." Raziel said.
"Wait, what happened to the crew? Tim Wilford?" Rishka asked as the angel walked away. He looked at her.
"Only one survived, and made it out alive." He said. "Now, when you awaken, Jack and Mark will be up, you must overthrow Fumetsu, before his army gets there first. Make haste, and do not slow down, forth yet that yields more enemies to fight."
Rishka tried to talk, but she felt reality seep back in as she woke up.

Rishka awoke and saw Jack and Mark staring down onto her. She gasped and backpedaled. Mark set her down, and Rishka ran to Jack. He picked her up, confused.
"We need to get to that castle." Rishka said, pointing to the castle. Jack winced and obeyed her request, putting her on his shoulder.
(The mystery is revealed! Also, the end is NOT nigh! There is more! Also, can you figure out why there are notes at the beginning of every chapter from Rishka's POV? WSW, OUT!!)
