Background: Raijin was a criminal in many villages bingo books until he was caught by one Kakashi. Raijin is a focused individual always seeking to improve himself or learn something new. He's nearly always training be it by reading or actual physical training. Raijin is sadistic and cynical outside of battle often mocking people he's close to though he does it out of affection. In battle though he becomes totally focused.
