Chapter 3: Football Is The World's Favorite Sport
It had been a week since Harry and Zayn had moved to Doncaster High and it had been absolute mayhem. Everyone whispered as the pair walked into school and treated them with as much apprehension as Louis and Niall. There were many speculations and theories circulating the school as to why their ‘king’ had been so easily defeated, but all of them we absolutely ridiculous.
Every single time Zayn or Harry even walked down the halls, everyone scampered out of their way like scared mice.
“Haz I came here because I wanted to make friends!” Zayn whined as they made their way to the cafeteria, Harry rolled his eyes but really he secretly agreed with Zayn.
“Why don’t we find the loner of the school or something, the outcast?” Harry suggested, Zayn raised his sculpted eyebrows and nodded in appreciation.
As they reached the large lunch hall their sharp eyes scanned the sea of people and landed on a small girl that was pushing her food around on her plate, she looked miserable. Zayn and Harry lifted their eyebrows at each other. This girl was absolutely beautiful. They both got their food quickly, since everyone stepped to the side for them and they made their way to the table in the far corner with the attractive girl.
They both sat down and the girl looked up with surprise and worry written all over her pale features, seeing who they were, she squeaked quietly and averted her pale blue eyes. The boys took in her appearance, from her delicate features to the dirty blond hair, she was quite exquisite and she could pass as an elf of sorts. Zayn and Harry wondered why she wasn’t popular, from her look and build, she could have been a cheerleader.
“Hello darling, care to tell us why a perty lady like you is on her own?” Harry asked in a funny Southern American accent. The girl giggled at the horrible accent.
“Well, just ask anyone in the school. They’ll know” she muttered quite bitterly, her hair falling across her face.
“I don’t care what other people say, I want to hear it from you” Harry stated adamantly.
“I'm lesbian, there, I said it. Now spit on me and call me names like everyone else in this damn school” she whispered jadedly.
“Hey hey! I’m gay and curly here is bisexual so we can’t judge without being classified as hypocrites!” Zayn reassured the girl.
“Oh, you two are the new ones that stood up to Tweedledee and Tweedledum? Ballsy move, I love it. I'm Perrie by the way” the girl, now rechristened as Perrie answered.
Harry, Zayn and Perrie then began to talk and found that they had the same sort of interests. They were just beginning to feel like normal teens when the fat arse had to speak.
“Hey look everyone, all the fags are sitting on one table!” Louis hollered. The whole cafeteria laughed, Perrie looked down at her now cold fries tearfully and Harry was just about to stand up when Zayn placed a hand on his chest.
Zayn stood up and swaggered over to Louis and Niall. Zayn then looked Louis in the eyes and did the worse thing possible; he smiled innocently then slapped him. The whole cafeteria took a collective inhale. Zayn then spoke in his gayest voice while Louis clutched his stinging, now red, cheek
“Oh my gosh! I can’t even believe that you would stereotype me like that you bitch. Gosh I can’t even. By the way you and your friend are hawt! Call me, later losers!” Zayn then flipped his head and strutted back towards Harry and Perrie. By that time the whole cafeteria had burst into raucous laughter and Harry and Perrie were banging the table with their fists, tears running from their eyes. Zayn smiled to himself and continued eating as if none of it had actually happened.
