"I'm not hungry"

"What happened?" Dans mother spoke gently from the other side of the door, since, Dan didn't want anyone coming into his room. The brunette ignored her completely. What good would she do anyway. She couldn't help. He knew something like that was going to happen, it was kind of obvious since he was hanging around Phil and his friends — Dan was probably the only person who was sober at that stupid party.
"Daniel.. please you've been in your room a whole day now, aren't you hungry? Come on... you don't have to tell me what's wrong just at least let me give you some food."

"I'm not hungry." Dan mumbled, though it was loud enough to hear considering their walls were paper thin and he wasn't that far away from the door. He heard a sigh come from his mother as she slowly tip-toed down the stairs.
The room was flooded with silence once again until Dans phone buzzed, causing him to sigh and look away. He knew what it was, because it had been happening all day. It was all bullshit about how Phil was "sorry". He honestly couldn't care less if he was sorry, he was the one who invited him to that stupid party.
