Chapter 13 - Times Square

Nash POV.

It was morning. I was pretty much glad that Jane's my girlfriend now. Jane still hadn't came back from vacation with her grandma's, so Cameron, Shawn, and Jack G came alone with me as Cameron was driving. As always, Shawn loves the back seat.

" Püma! " I yelled wearing my sunglasses as we danced to the radio music.

" This is my jam! Sweater Weather's on! " Shawn yelled and started singing for fun.

His singing was somewhat attractive to me. I have nooo idea why i'd say stuff like that. Cameron was a great best friend and sometimes, I love him ( As a friend ) and sometimes I think he might be awkwardly weird ( Like what he did in the last chapter ). If only Carter was here, he would be jamming and yelling random moans and groans.

" Aye! Look the brooklyn bridge! " Cameron laughed.

" Did you seriously drive all the way to New York?! It's already night! " I laughed.

" So what. It's like we would go to Times Square and Manhatten " Shawn said. " Oh look, we're actually heading towards Times Square right now ".

I was having so much fun with these people. " Care for a beer? " Jack G asked me.

" Don't mind if I do! " I snatched the beer off of his hands and gulped all of it in one run.

" Hey! " Jack spilled my second beer. " Your taking so many! Whats gotten with U "

" Nothin " I laughed. Dubsteps started coming out, car music! All of us had a thin checkered top on without a shirt beneath it. We eventually unbuttoned the top and we were having a crazy party in the car showing off our abs

" Hey look! " Jack laughed insanely. " It's Gay Street! "

We all laughed like crazy once we saw the sign. " That reminds me! " Cameron shouted. " Since we're all boys having a blast in the car, lets get gay! "

We were all yelling crazy. The beat of the music rose me up into the party mood.

" Out the car! " Cameron said. " By the way, I'm not wearing my denim jacket ".

" Oh, great! " Shawn said. We were at Times Square New York City.

We were already outside and girls were staring at Cameron for no reason.

" Cameron! Button up your shirt " I reminded him. " Stop making your seduction faces "

" Come on! " Cameron laughed. " Them bae's want the D "

" Heck ya " I said. " Żâyüm ßæ "

" Hey " Shawn was walking to a girl. " You single? "

I pulled Shawn's arms back from her. " Shawn.. Keep control of yourself! That's my cousin right there... "

" Whattt " Shawn laughed. " Okay "

" By the way, Jack G and I are going on a date night " Cameron smirked. " You and Shawn can go hang out soon, we will catch up with you guys later ".

" Date night?! " Shawn exclaimed. " Fine, I actually thought we were going to go all together ".

" Well, bye " I waved and Jack and Cameron were hugging each other, walking down the streets as spectators watched them awkwardly as they kiss.

" Hey Shawn, " I patted his shoulder as we walked down the streets. " I heard that Cameron told Jack that you weren't gay. Is this true or nah? "

Shawn turned around and looked at me in no emotion.

" Look, If you don't want to talk, it's fine. " I replied as we continued walking as it started to rain. We didn't have an umbrella, so we were soaked.

" Hey... " Shawn replied. " I really can't answer that question... "

" Come on " I begged.

" Fine! " Shawn sighed. " I'm not oftenly gay, but once it comes with the hotties, I'd go for it hard. Don't tell anyone. Please, Nash "

" I had no idea... Really " I replied. " I'm actually surprised. Are you cold or something? "

" What makes you think I'm cold? " Shawn laughed.

" The fact that your soaked in the rain " I said. " Here, take this ". I gave him my leather jacket as I wrapped it around him from the back.

" What are you doin' " Shawn laughed. " Thanks, but I think I can handle the coldness, Nash "

" Dude, I'm sorry, but everyone knows that Shawn Mendes should have great hair and voice " I said. " And, your like, soaked ".

I took hold of his hands. Shawn looked up at me and laughed.

" Nash, stop! " Shawn was laughing. " Don't be serious... I'm not much gay! "

" Well, I thought you would kind of like me " I said as Shawn rejected me and pushed me a slightly away from his body.

" I'm sorry, Nash! I can't love you! " Shawn yelled. " Just...back. Away. "

Shawn POV.

Nash was getting on me and I wasn't liking it. He's already dating Jane.

" Nash! Away! Now! " I tried to shoo him off like a waterbug, but it didn't work. I felt like an idiot. I bit my bottom lip feeling frightened as I watched Nash went close to me.

I was beating my heart and closed my eyes taking deep breathes as my warm lips were shaking.

I took a moment of flashback to the time Nash and I accidentally touched mouths back in second grade.
