Chapter 16 - Road Trip

Jane POV.

I heard a ring on my doorbell and I opened it. It was 11:11 am.

" Shawn? " I smiled. " Your alive! "

" Course I am! " Shawn laughed, " I missed you! "

I was really glad that he hadn't passed away from the Magcon group! I huged him and shut the door behind my as I walked outside with him.

" So... how's you been? " He asked me. " What did I miss "

" Im fine... Nash and I broke up, but we're still best friends " I sighed. " Jack's giving me too many memories I had with him and it's getting me ideas to regret ".

" I'm sorry I shot you " I cried. " It was an accident, I promise I would never hurt you! "

" I know you didn't do it on purpose " Shawn stared down at the ground. " I know alot about Jane Raegan, and I know she's not cruel and murderous. "

" You mean me? " I laughed still having tears in my eyes. " You probably watched Jack and Jack's youtube video... didn't you ".

" Yeah " Shawn said. " Hey look, don't cry! I don't blame you. I love you ".

" I can't help myself " I still cried. " It shows how much I care for other people ".

Shawn POV.

I took out my guitar and sang Sweater Weather for Jane. As soon as my voice started on the first note, she smiled and stoped crying.

" Feelin' better? " I asked her and huged her.

" Yeah. Thanks for cheering me up " Jane smiled. " Where's your wound? "

" Uh... around my stomache to my back " I replied. " It's okay, Im not hurt or anything ".

" Shawn, " Jane huged me tight. " Don't lie. Does a gunshot hurt, or nahh? "

" Jane, i'm fine " I said. " If it can make me feel any better, lets go back inside ".

*Next morning*

I was in the car with Nash, Jane, and Cameron. We were going to Dorney Park, Pensilvania and I was already falling asleep.

Nash POV.

" Hey! " I laughed. It was nearly Summer and the weather was heating. " Cameron, you know where we're going, right? "

" Nash, Im on already on the high way! It's going to take awhile " Cameron said.

I took off my shirt and put on my sunglasses.

" Shawn, how are you suppose to go on the wild water kingdom? " Jane asked him.

" Well, I will try to stay strong for myself " Shawn laughed. " Obviously, I can't take off my shirt. I will have to swim with full clothing on. "

" Well, " I turned my head facing the back seat. " What song you wanna listen to? "

" Distance " Cameron said. " By Jack and Jack ". He clicked the music on.

Jane POV.

" I know all boys are suppose to take off their shirts when it's Summer " I said. " But once it comes with you, it's okay. Your beautiful face is worth to attract many ".

" Aww! Thanks, Jane " Shawn smiled. " Your really cute yourself ". I blushed.

Well, that escalated quickely.

" Bathroom stop! " Cameron pulled the car to a large building next to the highway.

We walked into the building and waited in the main section.

" Hey, you coming? " Nash said.

" I don't need to go, thanks. I'm just gonna wait here " I said as I watched Nash walk into the men's bathroom.

I sighed and leaned against the wall. Why did I break up with Nash? We spent alot of time together and I enjoyed being with him until that one accident in Times Square.

" Wusup " Nash ran back out of the bathroom.

" That was fast " I said laughing. " What happened in there? "

" Cameron flooded the bathroom " He said. I was cracking myself laughing, LMAO!

Cameron and Shawn walked out of the bathroom.

" And to think you were responsible... " Shawn laughed pointing at Cameron.

" Ohyus, I love causing problems " Cameron said. " Lets go back to the car ".

" Hold up! " Nash yelled pulling onto my arm. " You guys can go ahead, Jane and I are going to order us some Mcdonalds! "

They left to the car and Nash and I were in line.

" Since when did I say I wanted to get Mcdonalds? " I laughed pulling my arm away.

" Well, I just wanted to get back together " Nash said smiling, I smiled back holding onto the drinks. " And, please? Will you love me again? "

" Nash that was a coinsidence " I said. " You will always be my ßæ ".

" Bae bae " Nash laughed and ordered our food. We walked out into the car and Nash kissed my lips a little.

" Jane and I made up " Nash said. " Step on it ". Cameron was driving the car,

" Excuse me? " Cameron asked.

" I said step on it! " Nash said. " We gotta go now! Its the afternoon! "

" Pass me the fries " Shawn said. Jane gave him the large fries and laughed.

" Boy, you must be hungry, huh " Jane said.

" Yeah, I forgot breakfast " Shawn laughed and I looked over to the back seat and stole some of Shawn's fries giggling.
