"The house is real nice lass, and I'm glad it's close to the clubhouse so we can keep an eye on you" I nodded in agreement, I was nervous about staying now and even though I was close to the clubhouse I still didn't feel safe. But I remembered Tig's little gift and I smiled. "What's made you smile love?" "Oh just that gift that Tig got me" and as I was saying that I pulled out the gun from my handbag. I watched the anger and shock take over Chibs' face. "He gave you a gun!?" He tried to say as calmly as possible. "Did he even teach you how to use it!?" "Nope! I was hoping you could!" Chibs was just shaking his head. "Aye, I will definitely be doing that love, and make sure you remind me to kick Tig's ass when they get back!" I laughed and placed the gun back in my handbag. "Are you ever going to tell us what happened to you princess?, I know Jax knows and we are going to get these guys, but you can talk to me you can trust me" I looked down, I didn't want to think about it. "I don't know if I can Chibs, it makes me anxious to think about it, maybe one day" Chibs walked up to me and hugged me "it's ok lass, when you are ready."
We waited at the clubhouse for the rest of them to come back. The prospects were making me laugh and one of them kept me in supply of beer and Chibs watched from the couch from across the room, ready to jump up and cut me off when he had thought I had had enough no doubt. I was nervous though and he knew that so letting me have this moment of fun was in my best interest. My heart stopped when I heard the sound of the bikes pulling into TM. I raced outside and spotted Jax getting off his bike and as he turned around my heart was racing, he was covered in blood and as i looked around at the others so were they, and in that moment I couldn't stop myself I burst into tears, Jax ran to me and I grabbed onto him "It's over babe, its over" He held me at arms length and then brushed the tears from my face. I looked around at everyone and their faces, they all looked sad. "Thank you" I said looking at each of them. Jax led me back to his dorm room and I waited while he took a shower. "What did you do to them?" I asked looking at Jax as he stood there in his towel, scrubbed clean, you would have never of known he had just committed a murder, it was something I was never going to forget. "I'm not going to tell you babe, you don't need to know. All I'm going to say is that no one is going to hurt you again" I could see him getting angry again. But he couldn't have prevented this, maybe if they stopped the gun running and drug dealing, but it was the way of the club now, we were in this for good. "Did you want to come out to the bar? We are having a little party". Any excuse to have a party I thought, but to have everyone safe again was a good excuse I thought and it would distract me from my own mind.
"Sure, let me just get changed" I said and he kissed me and left to go drink. Once I had gotten dressed I walked out into the bar and there was a fight going on, between Jax, Tig and Chibs ... I'm guessing I didn't have to remind him to kick Tig's ass after all!
"YOU GAVE HER A GUN!" Jax yelled. It wasn't a serious fight and I started laughing as Happy and Juice and Bobby were trying to break it up. Jax saw me and stopped fighting Tig laid on the floor and Chibs walked to the bar shaking his head and downed a shot. "What's so funny babe" Jax said looking unimpressed, "it's just a gun! Tig was just looking out for me! Besides I thought maybe you and Chibs could teach me how to use it!" Jax turned around and looked at Tig and walked up to him and pulled him into a hug "thanks brother" he said. "Now that you two have kissed and made up, why don't you all go have a shot!" I pointed to the bar and they didn't need to be told twice. Gemma walked up to me with a smirk on her face "nice work princess! You are going to make a good Queen" I blushed, I hadn't even thought about being Queen but once you had Gemma's blessing, that's all you ever could be, no turning back now.
