My eyes were filled with tears. Richie looked to the ground then back at me with a sad look.
"Your right I wouldn't let it go".
"So why should I". Tears started falling. Richie was still looking at me and he looked sad too.
"I don't know". He smiled. Then whipped my tears, but more came.
"Neither do I". He pulled me close to him and hugged me. I put my knees down and now they were in a side v shape.
"I'm so sorry". He said.
"For what"? I tried to make it seem like I wasn't crying, but I was and he knew I was.
"Today". That made me cry more. He must be so sick of me.
"I'm sorry too".
"Don't be you didn't do anything".
"Why are you sad Richie"? I looked him in the eyes, he smiled but I would tell he was sad.
"I'm not sad".
"Yes you are, why, is it because of me"? 
"No, I'm sad because of what you just told me, what if that is us in the future"?
"I don't know". I started crying harder.
"I won't let that be us, it can't be"! I just kept crying.
"Were not those kind of people right"?
"No were not".
"Then we'll be just fine".
"But what if were not"?
"I don't know sweetheart".
"Can we do something not depressing"? He laughed a little.
"Yeah sure". We got up and walked to the living room. We sat on the couch and turned on the TV, then a song came on it was the end credits to a movie.
"Well this fits the moment". Richie smiled. The song went like that's what friends are for, for the good times and the bad times, I'll be at your side for ever more, that what friends are for.
"Come over here, why are you all the way at the end of the couch"? I moved next to him.
"Better"? I smiled.
"Much". He put his arm around me.
"What do you want to watch"? He asked.
"Want to watch something involving comedy"? I asked.
"Yes please". We found a movie and started watching it.
Buzz
"Is it Karen"? Richie rolled his eyes.
"Maybe". I picked up.
"Hello"?
"Hi it's me again".
"Yeah I know". I giggled a little.
"I just wanted to know if I should bring anything"?
"Ok"?
"Good, I'm bringing my back pack so".
"Ok". I giggled more.
"Ok bye ly"!

"Was that your mom"? Richie asked.
"No, Karen". He rolled his eyes again.
"Why do you hate her so much"? It honestly annoys me.
"She's annoying and rude"!
"No she's not, she happens to be one of my closest friends, like it or not"!
"Whatever".
"Wait what are we watching"? I asked.
"I'm not really sure". The screen was blank with scary noises.
"What happened to what we were watching"? I asked.
"I think I changed the channel by accident". A really scary clown popped up.
"Ahhhhhhhhhh"!!!! I screamed. I put my head in Richies chest.
"Ew what is that"? Richie said.
"Every child's worst nightmare"!
"You got that right"! He changed the channel to the news. I looked up and it was just stuff about a new bank or something.
"Can I have the remote please"?
"Here". He handed it to me and I went on demand and put on a rom com.
"Ughhh chick flick"!! He groaned. I smiled.
"It's not a chick flick, your gonna like it".
"Yeah"! He rolled his eyes. After the movie was over we heard a knock on the door.
"Oh yay Karen's here". He rolled his eyes and kept changing the channel. I got up and opened the front door.
"Hi"! She said.
"Ciao"! We hugged. She put her backpack down then took off her shoes and we went to the couch.
"Hi Karen". Richie said with no emotion. I elbowed him in the arm.
"Ow"!
"Suck it up Nancy"! Karen and I laughed. We went up stairs. But I stoped when we were about to go in my room.
"Richie you coming"?! I heard him sigh from where I was the. He turned off the tv and catches up to us. We all walked into my room.
"What do you want to do"? Karen asked. And we sat on my bed while Richie just leaned against the wall.
"Um, we can play music and dance"? Richie rolled his eyes.
"Ok". Karen said.
"Richie you in"?
"Sure". He came over to me and stood next to me. I oh on my play list and my favorite song came on.
"Yay star boy"!!! Karen and I screamed while Richie just looked at us like we were crazy.
"You talking money need a hearing aid, you talking about me I don't see a shade"! I shouted.
"I'm a I'm a star boy"!! Karen shouted.
"Can we please put on some good music"? He grunted.
"What do you want to listen to"? I asked.
"Maybe money for nothing by dire straits"?
"Ok". I love that song, Karen just looked at me like I was crazy now. The song started playing.
"What kind of song is this"? Karen asked.
"A good one". Richie replied.
"Come on let's dance"! I shouted.
"Ok"! Karen and started jumping up and down and dancing. Richie just stood there. I hit him with a pillow.
"What was that for"? He asked.
"Not having fun with us"!
"Oh brother". He rolled his eyes.
"Karen lets make up our own dance"!
"Yass"!! She yelled.
"Can I go back to the tv now"? Richie asked.
"Huh fine Richie but you can come back up whenever you want"! He started walking down the hall.
"Thanks"! And he was gone.
"Why is he being such a bore"? Karen asked.
"I don't know, maybe he didn't have coffee or something"?
"Want to just talk instead of dancing"? She asked.
"Yes"! I turned off the music and we sat on the floor. I was on my stomach with my legs up and she leaned against my bed, but sitting.
"So with you and Richard is he your boyfriend"?
"Yes". I smiled and so did she.
"Do you like really like him"? She asked.
"Yeah".
"Does he have any flaws"? She asked.
"Well besides being annoying right now no".
"Good, if he does anything I'll stab him". We both laughed.
