We finished our food. I went to the bathroom. I wonder which soap to use strawberry or ocean floor? Hmmm...
"WHAT DO YOU WANT"?!!! I heard Richi scream. I just chose the strawberry one and ran out after I washed my hands.
"Who were you yelling at"?
"My shadow"! He wasn't turned to face me. He was just facing towards the window next to the door.
"What did he say"? I have to admit he was scaring me a little, I've never seen him so mad.
"He said where's you girlfriend, then I said why do you want to know, he said you know why, well you heard what I screamed". He still wasn't facing me.
"Why are you so mad though"? He started to chuckle a little, but not his normal cute chuckle. This one sounded like a crazy person. "What do you think"?! He clenched his fists but he still wasn't facing me.
"I don't know, maybe he was rude".
"Well that's one thing"! I think he was smirking I couldn't really tell.
"Your creeping me out,can you please face me"? He slowly turned around. But when i saw his face, I don't think I ever saw so much anger on someone's face.
"Happy"?!
"What's wrong with you"?! He's starting to scare me more now.
"What's wrong with you, don't you get it"?!!
"Get what"? He's being such a jerk!
"Not all shadows are good"!
"What do you mean"? I took a step back.
"Just what I said, some shadows are evil and some are good"!
"Your acting evil"! I yelled back. He looked as if he was going to kill someone.
"IM TRYING TO PROTECT YOU"!!! He took a step closer and I stepped back. He's really getting me scared.
"By yelling at me and acting like a creep"?!
"EVERYTHING I DO IS FOR YOU"! He lifted his hand up in the air and pointed at me then put his hand down and clenched his fists.
"If your mad at your shadow for some reason and you need to protect me why are you acting out on me"?!
"WHAT ARE YOU...oh my god, I'm so sorry"! His eyes dropped and he un clenched his fists.
"What happened with your shadow"? He looked so sad.
"I think I should go". He turned to the door. I put my hand on his shoulder, he faced me and I smiled.
"I don't want you to go anywhere, let's just talk about it". He looked really sorry and sad at the same time. I pulled his arm a little and we sat on the couch.
"Are you...." I didn't even get to finish my sentence, he pulled me towards him and hugged me tight. I hugged back lightly.
"I'm so sorry, I scared you, I was acting so horrible...to you"! He said softly.
"It's ok". I could tell he was so sorry and sad.
"I don't know why I acted like that, I I never want to act that way to you again, I love you"! I felt like crying form happiness.
"I love you too"! That was the first time he ever said he loved me out loud!! Huh god I love him.
"Me and my Shadow used to be friends a few years ago , but then he started being such a jerk . Remember 2 years ago when I told you I couldn't hang out, then you asked why, and I said I have to take care of something"?
"Yes".
"He was that something! By taking care of him I had to get rid of him. I did but some how he came back."!
"I'm so sorry". I rubbed his back, we were still hugging.
"It's not your fault, whenever I see him or think him I get so mad, he messes with my head"!
"..." I didn't know what to say.
"I almost hurt you, I won't let him hurt you"!
"Richie"...
"Your going to be safe as long as I'm with you"!
"Your wrong about that, your not good enough for her"! I heard a scaly voice say. I felt Richie stop hugging me but put me behind him.
"Leave us alone"!
"As long as I'm here your never alone"!
"LEAVE"!!!! Richie was really serious and mad at this point. I was scared.
"The suns going down anyway you idiot"!
"He's not an idiot"! I screamed.
"Oh Christina you finally spoke to me, well I have to go, see you later Richard, bye hot stuff"!
"Did he touch you"?! Richie turned to me worried.
"No, are you ok"? He hugged me hard I hugged back.
"I don't care about me, as long as your ok I'm ok"!
"Aww Richie". I kissed his cheek. He put my face in his hands and kissed me.
"Let's do something to get your mind off of him".
"Like what"?
"What do you want to do Richie"?
"Hmm, how about we play truth or dare"? He had a big smile, which made me smile!
"Truth or dare". I asked, he smirked.
"Dare"!
"I dare you to tell me the first thing you thought when you saw me". He rolled his eyes and smiled.
"I thought wow is she pretty, then when you walked over to me and said hi I thought how is a girl this pretty talking to me". He looked embarrassed.
"Aww". He's so sweet!
"Truth or dare"? He asked.
"Truth".
"First thought of me"?
"I thought oh he must be the new kid he looks lost, then I started to walk over to you and saw your face and was like he's so cute, I hope we're gonna be friends". His smile melted right through me.
"Really, me why"?
"Because you looked so cute and lost and I wanted to help you and be friends".
"Thanks". He scratched his head.
"Truth or dare"?
"Dare". He must always pick dares.
"Hmm, I dare you to ding dong ditch to one of my neighbors".
"Done". He smiled. Then got up to go outside and went outside. I watched from the window. Oh he's about to ring the doorbell. And now he's running back here. I let him back in.
"I can't believe you actually did it"! I was laughing.
"Truth or dare"? He looked happy.
"Dare". He smirked.
"Finally, um how about do the chicken dance".
"Ok". I did it and Richie started laughing a lot.
"Let's do something else"? I asked. He was still laughing.
