Chapter.5

"You can tell me anything". He would think I'm crazy if I told him, if I didn't he'd think something was wrong.
"Richie if I tell you your gonna think I'm crazy"!
"No I won't". I felt like crying. I then heard Celestes voice say a faint "he knows".
"What"? I asked, Richie must of thought I was losing it.
"Why do you keep looking at your shadow"?
"You.. I..she.. ugh"!
"How about I'll tell you my secret if you tell me yours"?
"Ok, can you go first"? I asked.
"Your gonna think I'm crazy but, I can hear my shadow". He sounded a little scared. My mouth dropped open. I then stood straight up.
"OH MY GOD"!!!!! I pulled him up from sitting and hugged him.
"What's your secret"? He asked hugging me.
"I can hear my shadow too". I smiled.
"I have one more thing princess". He looked really nervous.
"What"? He grabbed my wrist lightly.
"Let's go to the roof".
"Ok"! We got up to the roof then we faced the sun.
"You may hate me after this". He likes really nervous.
" I could never hate you"! I smiled, he made a tiny smile.
"I...um.. like you, as more than a friend. Your the nicest smartest most beautiful girl I've ever met"!
"Really"? I smiled so big.
"Yeah". He smiled.
"Does that mean...". He cut me off by pulling me into a kiss with him. I put my arms around his neck. He put his on my waist. Then we put our heads together.
"Do you want to be my girlfriend"?
"Of course"!!! I hugged him so tight.
"Awwww". I saw Celeste clapping. Richie and I just laughed.
"I'm so glad I'm not alone"! I screamed happily.
"You're never gonna be alone". He put his hand on my cheek. And I leaned in.
"What are we gonna tell our friends
"I hope they don't judge us. What if they hate us!
"Don't worry, there gonna like it"!
"I hope so"! I smiled. We were still in each other's embrace, I love being in his arms.
"How long have you known that your shadow talks"?
"I think like a week". We started laughing.
"I've known for years". He smiled.
"Do you want to go inside"? I asked.
"Come on it's just getting good"!! Celeste yelled at me.
"Yeah sure". He helped me down. Then we went to my room, away from the window so our shadows weren't there.
"When did you start liking me"? We were sitting on the floor, and his arm around me. When I asked he blushed a lot.
"Let's just go with a long time". He smiled, such a warm smile.
"Ok". I smiled back.
"What about you"? He asked looking straight into my eyes.
"Since the first day we met". I started back. He chuckled.
"Your so cute". He smiled. I kissed him on the cheek and he blushed.
"Thank you". I smiled. He kissed me again. Then we pulled apart and put our heads together. Buzz, he took out his phone and looked at it.
"I have to leave at 8 or I'm allowed to sleep over if it's ok with ur parents". He smirked.
I got out my phone from my pocket and called my mom to ask her. She said yes, yay!!
"My mom said yes"! I smiled big.
"Cool"! He smirked.
"What do you want to do"? I asked.
"It's your house we can do what you want".
"Hmmm, want to play hide and seek"? He looked at me like I was crazy.
"What are we five"? He chuckled.
"It will be fun". I stood up, and so did he.
"I'll count to 30". He smiled and covered his eyes and started counting. Hmm where to hide. Maybe the closest, no. Hmm. I started to walk into my kitchen.
"Ahhhhhhhhh"!!!! I screamed so loud!
Richie ran in as fast as he could.
"What happened"?!!!!! He shouted.
"I thought I saw a person"! I swear a did, I saw a siloet.
"Sweetheart, there's no one here". He came and hugged me. I hugged back tight. Don't judge me. I really thought I saw someone!
"I'm sorry, come one let's just play the game". I'm smiled.
"Ok, this is what I love about you"! He smiled still hugging me.
"What"? I giggled.
"You always have a smile on your face"!
"Thanks "!
"No problem cutie"!
"Ok go back in my room and start counting"! I pushed him a little.
"Ok". He went into my room and started to count. Where should I hide?? Hmmm. Oh I know, in the cabinet under the sink. I opened the door and moved some bottles of fabreez, and got in.
"Ready or not here I come"! He will never find me in here! I could here him walk right past the me. Lol he has no idea where I am.
