This month's theme was to redraw one of your archive pieces. So for my entry, I've redrawn my first archive piece. That was back in June so it's about 9 months of improvement. (Wow, can't believe I've been in the archive for that long!) Here you go nightiki-

About this drawing: This drawing, along with the original, is roughly 4,000 to 7,000 pixels making it one of my largest (my laptop could barely handle the brushes at full size). The shading of the wolf is actually just one base color (tan), one base shading color, two shades of darker purples, and one shade of lighter purple. The tree only has three colors consisting of a base brown, a lighter orange, and a darker red. Like almost all of my digital art, their is an extra layer set to the blending mode "Add" to make all of the parts look consistent. And I finally learned how to add a border with Firealpaca. Most of the drawing, coloring, and shading is done with the watercolor brush with brief uses of the airbrush and blur brush.

If you ever have any constructive criticism, then please tell. I'm finding it harder to pick out details these days. Now to start the next big drawing...

They just never end...
