A Love Story

Chapter 4

Shayne's View:

We are laying on the grass, holding hands. I realize it's starting to get cold and i don't want her to feel uncomfortable, so i ask:

Shayne: Do you want to get inside, Courtney?
I don't get an answer.
Shayne: Courtney? -i look at her and she is asleep. She looks so cute while she sleeping. I decide not to wake her up and to just carry her inside and put her to bed. I enter the house, carrying her into the spare bedroom. I place her on the bed and tuck her under the blankets...she is so peaceful. I lay on the couch in the living room. She is all i think about until i fall asleep.

Courtney's View:

I wake up in my bedroom, tucked under the blankets, but with my clothes on. Shayne...oh,no...i fell asleep on his chest...i guess he carried me to my bedroom. He is so sweet. He didn't ever undress me...he's such a good guy. I fixed my hair, got washed up, put on some new clothes on and went to the living room. I met Olivia on the way.

Courtney: Hey, Olivia! What's up girl?
Olivia: Nothing...-she smirked.
Courtney: Liv'...did you do what i think you did!!!???
Olivia: What do you think i did?
Courtney: You had sex!
Olivia: Oh...um...aaaa
Courtney: You so did!
Olivia: Okay we did.

Courtney: Oh my God! Was he good? Olivia: Yeah...really good.
Courtney: I'm so excited for you, Liv! - we hugged eachother.
Olivia: What about you? You and Shayne, what happened?
Courtney: I went outside for some fresh air and he followed me and we watched the sky while laying on the grass...and i kinda fell asleep on him. So he carried me to my room.
Olivia: Awww, he is so sweet!
Courtney: Yeah, i know...he's amazing.
Olivia: You really like him...- she smirked at me and then smiled
Courtney: What if i do? He probably doesn't.
Olivia: Really?! He was the one who carried you to bed last night, yeah?
Courtney: Yes...and so...he is just polite, you know.
Olivia: He went outside after you and you layed on his chest, Courtney! He likes you a lot, girl!
Courtney: I don't know...- i smiled and looked at my feet. - Let's go to the living room. - i hurried ahead and heard Olivia giggle.

Shayne: Hey, what's up, girls?
Courtney: Not much...
Olivia: I'm gonna go talk to Noah and Keith. - Olivia grinned at me and backed out of the conversation.
Courtney: Hey, Shayne can we talk?
Shayne: Yeah. What's up?
I got closer to him and hugged him.
Courtney: Thank you for putting me to bed last night, i guess i found laying on your chest really calming. - i smiled at him
Shayne: I enjoyed it, too. - he smiled at me and i melted in his arms.

We had breakfast and then we went to work. We were working when everyone got called in the meeting room and Ian and Anthony announced the Smosh Summer Games. We were happy and i was glad they came up with this, so i can get to know everyone better. 

Anthony: Okay, so we are gonna be in two teams, but Shayne has to be a ref.
Shayne: Okay, its fine man.
I hoped we could be in the same team, but i guess he is gonna be a hot ref. 
Ian: We are heading to the filming location for the games in a week so get ready.
All: YEAH!

Shayne's View: 

We're traveling to the location tomorrow. I am excited to spend some time with Smosh and (of course) with Courtney. Today we have no work, so we can pack. I start packing the essentials: swim shorts, clothes, underwear and all kinds off hygiene stuff. I have been packing for 3 hours and now i'm ready. I decide to text Courtney.

Shayne: Hey? Whatcha up to?
Courtney: Packing, you know how it is... You?
Shayne: I just finished. Do you want some help?
Courtney: Yeah! 
Shayne: Ok, i will be there in 20.

Courtney's View:

I rush to put on some shorts when i hear the doorbell ring.
Courtney: I'm coming in a second!
I open the door and Shayne smiled widely.

Shayne's View:

She opens the door. I smile and my eyes rake over her body. I look at her smooth legs covered only by the tiny shorts she's wearing. She notices me staring and bites her lip softly.

Shayne: Hi! Can i come in?
Courtney: Yeah, why do you even ask? - she laughs softly.
Shayne: Just to be polite, you know.- i say jokingly.
Courtney: Yeah, really funny.
Shayne: Haha.
Courtney: Ok, jerk, are you gonna come in or?

I hug her and wrap my arms around her waist, sensing her perfume. 

Shayne: Sorry, i just got a little carried away. - i let go of her and smile.
Courtney: It's okay, you don't have to apologize after every sweet thing you do.
Shayne: Aww...you think i'm sweet...aww.
Courtney: You really are a jerk today, aren't you?
Shayne: Huh...i guess i am a jerk today. - i laughed.
Courtney: Shut up... - we started laughing.

I love seeing her laugh. She is so beautiful when she laughs. I start helping her pack her stuff. While we were packing i went to fold one of her tops and she went to grab the same thing, so our hands touched and i felt chills going through my body. Damn, she was doing something to me... something amazing. So after an hour of packing, we were finally ready.

Courtney: Thanks, Shayne.
Shayne: No problem. I'm glad i came to help.
Courtney: It's 12 pm. Maybe we can go eat something? I'm gonna call the others.
Shayne: Yeah!

Courtney's View:

We all went to eat and spend some time together. I talked a lot, laughed a lot and smiled a lot. I am so thankful for these guys. I decide to go home and watch some TV with Olivia.

Courtney: Okay what should we watch?
Olivia: First, i want you to tell me what's going on between you and Shayne, girl!
I told her everything. She seemed really happy.
Olivia: See, i told you he can't stay away from you.
I blush and smile at her.
Courtney: Olivia, you are so amazing, i'm so thankful to have you as my best friend.
We hugged and i invited her to stay at my place tonight so we can catch up in everything. We were so excited for tomorrow, we could hardly even sleep through the night
