The next day

Clarke's POV

"You threw a damn ball at her?!" Jasper's mouth was about to drop to the ground.
I shrugged my shoulders. "Yeah kinda.."
"Well you must have balls girl!" Raven laughed. "People say you better not cross her path or she beats ya up."
"She didn't cross her path Rav.. she threw a ball right into her face." Jasper started laughing and high fived Raven.
I, on the other hand, just rolled my eyes and walked away from them. They had talked about the small incident the whole day and I simply got annoyed of them. I just wanted to be without them for one second. One second and far far far away would have already been enough but no I couldn't get rid of them. No matter what I tried, they still followed me like little puppies. The only difference between them was that puppies are cute and they weren't at all.
I didn't even know why they were making such a drama out of it. I mean it wasn't a big deal right? Lexa wasn't mad at me at all, at least that's what I hoped.

I walked to my locker to get my maths book, but when I opened the door, a bad surprise was waiting for me. A bloody shirt and bloody tissues were lying on my books and
"You owe me a shirt." was written on a small piece of paper.
She was mad.
Shit. I thought and slammed the door in its lock again, before the tattletales could see what was inside.
After a few exchanging words and stupid jokes about me throwing a ball at Lexa and that she would eventually kill me, I made my way to maths. This time I was so sure I wouldn't end up being late.. but fate betrayed me when I bumped into someone.

"What a nice surprise." Ontari, a tall and dangerous looking brown haired girl said.
Yes far far far away sounded perfect again.  "Ontari.. not now I need to.."
she cut me off.
"Need to go to class because you're such a good girl, aren't you huh?" She grinned and blocked my way when I wanted to pass her.
She had such a devilish smile.
"Look, what happened in the past.." I began but she pushed me against the wall before I could finish.
"Past is past. This is now Clarke. You better run when darkness arrives." She hissed but then let go of me and walked away as soon as a teacher walked around the corner.
I sighed and ran to the classroom not being prepared what to tell Pike this time.
Out of breath, I opened the door and found a head shaking teacher and annoyed looking students. As if they were never late. I thought whilst sitting down.
"You're late." I heard someone say and when I glanced to the side, I caught Lexa looking at me.
"Well I had some nice presents in my locker. Had to admire them first." I whispered back.
"Glad you liked it." She winked.
I shook my head and thought back to when Ontari and me had our first fight. That was in kindergarten actually. We had never been friends or anything close to being friends. We were enemies since I could think, but three years ago our relationship worsened. She had been with Finn for a couple of years, until I met him. We talked for the first time at a house party and we experienced fast that we were destined for more than just friends. Unfortunately, I deeply fell in love with him without knowing that he belonged to my long time enemy Ontari.
Of course I didn't want to give up what was mine so I eventually stole him from her fingers. According to rumors, Ontari was hurt enough to go through therapy ..and that all because of me. Yeah I was a horrible person and I definitely deserved everything bad in this life.

The school bell brought me back to reality..that was called Lexa. With the smile of the devil itself, she threw down my materials.
"Oops." Was all I heard before she left through the door.
With an almost mental breakdown, I arrived in the cafeteria and immediately embraced my boyfriend who didn't seem to happy about that. He shook me off.
"Not now Clarke." He said and left.

"Ouch." I heard Raven say as she pulled me into her arms instead. I nodded.
"I think I've died last night and woke up in hell this morning."
"Did you fight?" She ignored my self-pity.
"No we didn't. Don't know what's going on today. First Lexa, than Ontari.." I stopped.
"Ontari?!"
I slapped my forehead. Why do I always have to tell too much?
"Raven, calm down. Nothing happened she was just making clear that she's still angry."
"Fair enough. You stole her man." She shove her bread into her mouth.
"My man." I corrected her but she just rolled her eyes. Although she accepted him being my boyfriend, she couldn't stand him, let alone trust him with anything. She had the opinion who was once a cheater would stay a cheater but I didn't believe in any of that. Finn wasn't like that. He was faithful..
"You still present?"  She flicked her fingers in front of my eyes.
I nodded.
"So are you going?" She asked whilst she slurped on her coke with enjoyment written all over her face.
"Going where?"
"Training?"
I totally forgot it was handball training that afternoon. Me and Raven had never missed a training unit and therefore no one could beat us. I chuckled by the thought of Raven and me and also the non important rest of the team, beat the ass of polis high.
"Ugh. Clarke. Stay in this universe please."
"Sorry." I frowned. "Are you?"
"Nope I can't. I actually hoped you forgot as well.." she frowned as well but with the difference that whenever she frowned she'd still look perfect. My forehead on the other hand, had deep wrinkles when I frowned, so that I believed they would stay forever someday.
"Mhm. I did to be fair but I gained weight over the past few months, and I somehow have to reduce psychological tensions and aggressions."
She just stared at me with a blank expression on her face.
"Yeah becoming a doctor is the right choice for you."
