She walks in the room to discover he had already been there. She mutters nervously as she looks around at the open drawers that had most obviously been ransacked. Did he manage to take it? She crosses the room to the single untouched drawer. The explosion must have interrupted his rummaging. "Thank God" she whispers, although she is the only person around for miles. He just happened to miss the one drawer it was in. Or had he? She quickly opened the dresser and peeled back the insert to reveal her most treasured belonging. Her chest filled with relief at the confirmation of it's safety and she breathed a huge sigh.
