Chapter 17
I woke up to a buzzing noise. My phone was vibrating. Opening only one eye, I glanced at the screen that seemed way too bright for my eyes. Liam. Liam was texting me. Holy crap.

"Do you wanna hang out today? We don't have anything to film." Oh. My. Gosh. Was he asking me on a date? I quickly typed a response.

"Yea sure. How about lunch?" I sent the text, extremely worried. He made me so nervous. I was afraid I would mess up something and he would never speak to me again.

"Sounds good. I'll pick you up at 12:)."
I did a little dance when I read that. Crap, I need to get ready. It was already 10 and I need to shower. I hop in the shower, and make sure to shave my legs. After I get out, I blow dry my hair. I decide to just put it up. I brush my teeth, do my make up and change into a skater skirt, and a plain crop top. The weather is getting chillier, so I throw on a long beige cardigan too. It's already 11:30. I get my purse and decide to watch TV to pass the time. Girl Code is on, and I soon forget that I'm waiting for someone.

When Liam calls, it startles me. I slip on a pair of gladiator sandals, grab my purse and head downstairs. He's waiting for me, and he has a new car. This one is a red convertible.

"When did you get a new car? It's only been like 12 hours?" I asked

"I rent cars." He explained. I climbed into the passenger seat and put my sunglasses on. Liam smiled.

"I know. I look like a gangster." I said while doing a peace sign with my fingers.

"Something like that." He chuckled. I giggled and leaned my head back. The LA sunshine was perfect, and so was the person I was with. The sun made his hair look even more gorgeous than it already was, and I couldn't help myself from staring . I think he noticed.

"Like what you see?" He teased. I remember when Izzy said that to me, and it scared me so much.

"Maybe." I answered. So there, I thought. He was trying to act all smooth to impress me. We'll see about that. I cranked up the radio, and The Way by Ariana Grande was playing. Not only have I always wanted to be an actress, but I've been singing since I was 3. I started belting it out, and when the part with the insanely high notes came up, I hit those too. Liam just stared in shock. I smirked. "Beat that."

"I don't think I can." He said in awe. "So let's get this straight. You're a goody-two-shoes who doesn't drink or eat meat, you act AND you can sing like that?"

"Yep, pretty much." I answered smugly. He just shook his head. "What?" I asked

"Every time, I think you can't get more perfect, you always do. It's hard to comprehend sometimes." He said with disbelief.

"Awww." I cooed, putting a hand over my heart. Liam Hemsworth thought I was perfect? "You really think I'm perfect?"
