Steffy and Liam (Friends or Lover's)?

Chapter Twenty One

Liam tried to contact Hope every day for the next three days. Hope does not answer any of Liam's phone calls or text messages.  After four days of no contact from Hope, Liam decides to drop by Forrester Creation's to see her. Liam is walking down the hallway at Forrester Creation's on his way to the photography studio when he bumps into Steffy.

Liam: Hey Steffy.

Steffy: Hey yourself.

Liam: How are you? I'm sorry I haven't called. Works been crazy.

Steffy: Don't worry about it. I've been swamped the last few days with bedroom line work. We've already sold old out in a couple of our stores. The line is officially a hit. My Father and Grandfather are already talking about when and where the next bedroom line fashion show will be.  

Liam: I'm so happy for you Steffy. You worked hard on the bedroom line. I'm glad it's paying off for you.

Steffy: Thank you. I couldn't of done it without your help.

Liam and Steffy both smiled at each other. Things were still a little awkward between the two of them but that was to be expected. It would probably take some time for things to get back to normal.

Steffy: So what brings you by?

Liam: I'm here to see Hope. I have been calling and texting her ever since we got back from Vegas, but she won't answer any of my calls or texts. I know she was pretty angry at me when I left for Las Vegas but its been over a week.  We need to talk. Have you seen her today? Is she in the photography studio?

Steffy was confused. Surely Liam had to know?

Steffy: Liam, Hope's not in the photography studio.

Liam:(confused) She's not? Is she in a meeting?

Steffy: Liam Hope's not here.

Liam:  (confused) She's not. Where is she then?

Liam: She's in San Francisco with Oliver.  My father and grandfather decided t do one last photo shoot for HFTF before the fashion show this weekend.  She's been there all week. I assumed you knew.

Liam: I had no idea........ Wait a minute. You said photo-shoot with Oliver. You have got to be kidding me.

From Liam's reaction Steffy could tell he hadn't had a clue of Hope's whereabouts.  This whole week Liam had been trying to get ahold of Hope and she hadn't even had the decency to tell him where she was. It truly amazed Steffy how selfish Hope could be. Hope was obviously too young and immature to be in an adult relationship if this is how she was behaving.

 So Hope was in San Francisco with Oliver and she hadn't even bothered to tell him or let him know. He knew she mad when he left for Las Vegas and didn't want to speak to him, but she could of texted, emailed or called him. Hope had to of known he would want to talk to her as soon as he got back from Las Vegas. She had to know he would be trying to contact her.  Hope was either still to angry or didn't care to talk to him. Liam was at a loss of words. How had things gotten this messed up between them?

Steffy: Are you okay Liam?

Liam: (Sighing) Honestly I don't know.

Steffy wanted to so bad to comfort Liam, but she also knew she had to guard her heart.  

Steffy: I don't know if this helps, but they will be back tomorrow. I'm sure you will hear from Hope by then.

Liam: Considering Hope didn't even bother to tell me that she was leaving town I highly doubt it.

Liam looked at this watch and realized he had to get back to work soon.

Liam: Hey I have to head back to work.
