Steffy and Liam (Friends or Lover's)?

Chapter Nine

(Spencer Publications)

It is Monday morning and Liam is in his father $Bill Spencer office. Liam is waiting anxiously as Bill reads the final draft of his article on Eye on Fashion.

$Bill: This article is really good Liam. I have to admit I didn't know if you could pull it off, but you did. I really like what you have done here son.

Liam(relieved) Thanks Dad. I'm glad you like it.

$Bill: I see you cut it pretty close when it came to sending me your final draft.

Liam: (embarrassed) Yea that was not intentional. I would be lying if I said I didn't struggle writing this article. In fact I have to be honest with you Dad.......... I had some help writing this article.

$Bill: You did? Who.

Liam: Steffy.

$Bill: Steffy. As in Steffy Forrester?

Liam: Yea. I was really struggling Dad. I wanted to make it good because this was my first big assignment, but I just couldn't seem to write anything good. Steffy knew I was stressed out about doing a good job for you. She came by the beach house on Saturday and she got me to relax and man did it work. Afterwards......

$Bill: (Getting excited) Wait a minute. Steffy got you to relax. Did you two......???

Liam: God not like that Dad. We walked on beach.

$Bill: (disappointed) Dam.

Liam: As I was saying we walked on the beach and just had fun. Afterwards we went back to the house and she helped me. She showed me a different perspective. Also it doesn't hurt that she has experience of working in fashion. Honestly Dad I would not of been able to complete this article if it wasn't for Steffy. We have to give her some credit as a contributor.

$Bill: Done.

Liam: Thank you Dad

$Bill: No need to Thank me Liam. Steffy helped you write the article, she deserves the credit. You both did a good job with this article. Maybe you two can collaborate some more in the future for Eye on Fashion.

$Bill types away on his laptop.

$Bill: Done. Your article has been sent over to the editor and Steffy's name has been added as a contributing writer on the article.

Liam: I cannot wait to tell Steffy. She said I did not have to do that, but I honestly wouldn't of felt right taking all of the credit.

Unknown voice: Taking all of the credit for what?

Liam turns around to see Hope standing in the door way of his father's office.

Liam: (excited) Hey you.

Liam walks over kisses Hope.

Hope: Hey sorry I'm early.

Liam: Not a problem. I'm just happy you could meet me. I feel like I barely see you anymore.

Hope: I know. I'm sorry. It's just things are crazy right now with the HFTF campaign.

$Bill: Coughing to clearing his throat

Hope: (gritting her teeth) Hello Bill. Did not see you there.

$Bill: I don't know how. This is my office.

Hope ignores Bill's comment.

Hope: Are you all set to go Liam?

Liam: Yea. Dad was just looking over my final draft for my article for Eye on Fashion
