LAURA
That night, Laura goes to bed happy, fulfilled and satisfied. She changes into her nightie, slips under the covers and hugs her pillow tightly, unable to wipe the smile off her face. Her phone beeps.
It's a message from Michael. "I love you, darling."
"I love you too," she replies, her heart feeling full.Now, Laura starts to realise how much she had actually missed Michael, and everything about him. She tries over in bed, her mind still on Michael, and the ecstatic look on her parents' faces.
And for the first time in two months, Laura goes to sleep without a single tear.
