Written by several ones

Why is it different
I have often wondered
To rest of the Bible
In how it was documented

Until such a day
You spoke to me
In a different way
Than You have previously

A precious gift
From You my Lord
That gives a lift
To every word

Depicting to say
In a poetic way
Your precious thoughts
To me each day

The words so lovely
And absolutely wonderful
Serving to guide me
All the day through

Deep within my heart and soul
Now rivers of living water flow
Giving rise to my very own
Book of psalms as You have shown
