We are to hate evil
For the fear of the Lord
And to love people
In the love of our God
Hate the sin
But love the sinner
In order to win
The sinner over
The Love of the Lord
Overcomes evil
By His Word
We defeat the devil
Be steadfast in God's Word
That we may not sway
No evil can overcome the Lord
For He has the last say
He is the first
And the last
He satisfies our thirst
When in Him we trust
