Chapter One
The smell of cigarette smoke and alcohol fluttered around the room. Music was blaring through the many speakers that lay around the house, and the low bass was vibrating the doors and windows. Entangled bodied where packed in the large living room, that for just tonight, was made into a dance floor. I looked around the room for my group of friends as I blew a puff of smoke. As I placed the cigarette back between my lips, I walked through the swinging doors of the kitchen. My friends where huddled on the side of the counter, all with drinks in hand. I walked towards them, a smile on my face as I put out my cigarette by smashing the lit end on the marble counter tops.
“There’s the party girl!” Brandon exclaimed, reaching behind him to grab a red cup
I lightly slapped his shoulder, rolling my eyes. “Shut up,” I took the drink from him, taking a large sip from it.Brandon lifted his arm, wrapping it around my bare waist.
Kristen looked between the two of us rolling her eyes. "I swear you two are dating behind our backs."
I looked at Brandon, and he looked at me, a mischievous glint in his eyes. We both quickly caught on to our plan. "Well guys..." We both looked back at our friends.
"We have something to tell you..." He trailed off, and I had to hold in a snicker.
Everyone’s faces wanted me to laugh. Kyle had a flabbergasted look on his face, his mouth hanging open. Madison's face mirror his while Kristen yelled, 'I knew it!', a triumphant look on her face.
The laughter escaped my lips before I could stop it, the power behind it causing me to bend over and clutch my stomach. Brandon was doing the same when I looked over at him through my hair.
"Y-you should have seen your faces!" I giggled.
Kristen's face fell, her lips curving into a pout. "So you’re not going out?"
"No Kris, we aren't." Brandon answered for me in a sincere tone as I was sent into another round of laughter.
I couldn't resist the words I was about to say. "Maybe a few bump and dumps here and there, if you know what I mean." I wiggled my eyebrows.
Kristen's face scrunched up, I presumed it was in disgust, while Madison only laughed. I heard the slapping of hands, and a 'good going, man'. I turned to look at Kyle, my eyes in slits as I glared at him. I raised an eyebrow, cocking my hip and placing my hand delicately on it. "Excuse me; do I look like some piece of cheap meat?" I retorted back at him.
He only laughed at me, pulling me into a bone-crushing hug. "No you don't Savvy, I was just kidding. But," He whistled lowly, slapping me on my behind. I tried to wiggle free, but his arms only tightened on me. "You do have a nice ass most guys would just loveto tap."
I flung out of his arms, slapping him on the back of the head. "Do I need to wash your mouth with soap? God damn you people." I cursed, turning around from the group in search of another drink.
Their laughter was all I heard as I walked towards the punch bowl that I was hoping someone spiked with heavy liquor.
"Come on Savvy, come back here and party with us!" I heard Brandon yell.
I sighed, taking a sip of the punch. I felt my eyes water at the intense taste, but the burn quickly went away. Turning around, I plastered a fake, pleasant smile on my face. "Fine, but treat me right, otherwise I'll find some other people to party with."

Not much happens in this chapter, just setting things up for the second chapter. This just kind of introduces the characters, sets a scene, blah-blah-blah.
I'm going to write the next chapter, hopefully, tomorrow.
We'll see how that goes.
