"Iam filled with graceful winter storms"

Jungkook lifted his shaky hands to rub against his cheek, afraid to hurt the boy. All he wanted to do was to take away the bruise and the pain he must have been trying to hide. He slapped Jungkook's hand away before it even made contact. He saw the worry in his eyes but he shook it off. He couldn't get himself caught in the dangerous net of hope and safety. His hands clutched tightly at the straps of the school bag. Hastily walking to Jimin's.

"Wait, Taehyung!! Talk to me. What happened?!!"

Before Taehyung could knock on the door, before Jungkook can reach Taehyung; Jimin opened the door uniform half dressed with still a messy hair.

"Tae..." Jimin sighed. "Come on, let's get you cleaned up."

Taehyung and Jungkook followed Jimin up to his bedroom and ushered tae to sit on the bed. Jungkook stood leaning on the bedroom door. He wanted to ask tae what happened, he wanted to ask Jimin why he hasn't said anything about Taehyung face, why he didn't show a sign of worry. Why Taehyung didn't cry or talk or do anything. He sat on the bed with a blank face, like he wasn't even with them.

Jimin after a few minutes in the bathroom came back with a small bag. He gets out two types of concealers. Applying an organ type and after a few minutes he applied another shade but this was more of Taehyung's color. He then applied a slight blush on both Taehyung's cheeks. Light eyeliners and a soft lip bum. Taehyung looked absolutely beautiful. His bruise no longer visible but his black stare still present.

"Thx chimchim." He ruffled Taehyung's hair after giving him a soft hug. "No problem tae, but you promised you would be careful, you promised you wouldn't let "them" touch you." He whispered the last part, only audible to tae.

"It's fine, this time it was my fault."

"Tae! It's never your fault. Don't speak like that!"

Tae weakly gave him a smile. Both Jimin and Jungkook's hearts flattered at that soft fragile smile. So utterly beautiful, so angelic. Both thinking to themselves how can such a boy like tae even exist?

"Can someone please explain to me what happened? Tae-hyung how did you get that bruise? Did someone hurt you?

Jimin silently stared at Taehyung, not knowing if he was going to tell him but he knew he couldn't. Jimin was the only one that knew the truth, and he found out by accident.

"Jungkook, little tae over here is very clumsy sometimes. He either fell off his bed or slipped off the stairs. Don't worry, look he is good!" Jungkook eyes moved back and forth from Jimin and Taehyung, one avoiding eye contact while the other one smiling to reassure him that Taehyung was fine.

"Right taetae." Jimin pinched his cheeks.

"-y-yeah kookie I'm fine." Taehyung finally made eye contact with him and softly smiled.

"Now you two go wait downstairs and let me get dressed."

Jimin's parents were on a business trip starting last week and they weren't going to be home for a few more weeks. So Jungkook and Taehyung sat silently in the living room. Neither talking, neither looking at each other. Both lost in their own worlds. Jungkook didn't want to say something out of line and have the boy next to him storm out or get angry at him. It was clear that Taehyung was hiding something and it didn't include Jungkook. But he still very much cared for the boy and wanted to comfort him in some way.

So, with his shaky hands, he slowly reached across the couch for the other pair of hands he wanted so desperately to hold. Taehyung was startled when Jungkook's left hands contacted with his but when he looked up, he saw Jungkook warmly smiling at him. Nothing but warmth and compassion emitted out of his smile, Taehyung returned Jungkook's hand squeeze.

"Thank you." He tenderly smiled.
