Chapter Six

Alia's POV
I need to know what Shraddha is upto. I was biting my nails while pacing up and down the living room wondering who she's texting and meeting.

"Ahemmm." Varun clears his throat as he sees Shraddha coming out her room.

"Alu I'm going out." She glances out her watch "I'll probably be back late don't worry I've got my key. Bye" she blows a kiss to me and walks out.

"Let's get to the plan." I grin evilly. Varun and I get into my car and follow Shraddha. We stop outside a huge bungalow. Shraddha gets out her car and a girl who I'm assuming is the maid lets her into the bungalow.

"Omgnowayshesatsidshouse." Varun says rapidly.

"Repeat that again slowly." I say.

"Omg no way she's at my best friend sids house. No wonder he asked me for her number."

"Really?!" I say.

I kick Varun's dashboard accidentally and it opens. I notice binoculars and grab them and start looking through them.
"OH MY GOD THEY'RE HOLDING HANDS VARUNNN!!! But I can't see the guys face ugh!" I squeal.

"What are they a couple or something?" Varun asks.

"Why are you asking me how am I supposed to know dumbo?!" I shout.

"Ok ok chill yaar." He says.

"We've seen what we need to let's get back before Shraddha does." I state. And we leave.

Shraddha's POV
Sidharth messaged me about having a movie marathon so I joined him. I sat on the sofa beside him and we planned to watch many movies. First we watch Kuch Kuch Hota Hai then followed by Main Prem Ki Deewani Hoon, Hum Saath Saath Hain and many more.
Suddenly Sidharth holds my hand. I look at him a little shocked and confused. "Umm Sid?...." I say.

"I wanna show you a trick." He says. He then does a crazy hand trick that makes me burst out laughing. We then watched all the movies and I looked at the time and my mouth widened in shock.

"It's 11;00pm. Sid I better go it's late thanks for the amazing movie marathon." I say hugging him.

"Do you wanna meet for breakfast tomorrow?! I mean only if your free." He asks.

"Yep I'm free. Meet me at Norah's cafe for 10." I smile and leave.

Varun's POV
It's 11:00 and Shraddha's not back. Alia's still pacing around the living room waiting.
I grab a glass of water and make her sit next to me on the sofa. "Relax she should be back soon." I say.

Suddenly we hear the lock on the door turn and Shraddha walks in. "Shraddha what time do you call this?! I was worried!" Alia states.

"Sorry I just got caught up with... si.....something." She says.

Alia looks at me lets out a little laugh.

"Shraddha do you have something to tell me?!" Alia asks.

"Umm no not really. I'm gonna go to bed. Good night." She yawns and goes to her room.

Alia rolls her eyes. "Omg maybe they are a couple oh god this is confusing."

"Alia I'm sure we will soon find out don't worry. Shraddha will tell us if it's something serious." I convince her.

A few weeks later......

Shraddha's POV
Sidharth and I have been having breakfast together for quite a long time now and we've become really close. I'm sitting opposite Sidharth and he's talking and I'm lost staring into his dreamy eyes. "Shraddha..." Sidharth says bringing me back to reality.

"Umm yeah." I say.

"Shraddha well umm.......I've been wanting to ask you something for about a week but I haven't had the courage. But I think i should just say it."

"Ok......"

"Since the day I met you I haven't stopped thinking about you.....the movie marathon and having breakfast together almost everyday is just another way I could spend time with you. I don't realise how fast time goes when I'm with you. You the most amazing girl I've ever met. You are unique in every way and your personality is why I've fallen in love with you. Would you go out with me?" He asks.

Omg did he just ask me out? Everything he said sounded like it was directly from the heart. I was speechless. "Umm....."

He gets down on his knees with a rose in his hand. "Miss Shraddha Kapoor will you be my girlfriend?"
