Chapter 15

Glitchy PoV

I panic, trying to remember how to escape. I managed to drive the modified AI out of me, but by a whim. Scared, I dash around the room, as hands try to grab me from the walls. "Come on, I'll obey without the AI!" I yell, hoping Nicholas hears it. "I'm not going to believe that, Glitchy." A voice replies. Oh no.... I glance at the figure approaching me slowly, and I try to run. I run right into the dimly lit wall, in which I get pinned down by hands. "You see, I've just had to deal with something whilst I hoped you would of been caught." The voice says again, but I can't look at her. Why did I even say I was going to obey without the AI? She isn't one to give mercy! "But it seems not.." she mutters, annoyed.

"Well, I guess I have to do it myself~" She taunts me, as I hear her yank a needle out of one of the many fake hands from the walls. Her footsteps echo closer. "Well, say hello to this~" She says, stabbing the needle into my neck. No....No.....No.... I don't change. What, how? "What the...." She mutters, noticing my eyes remain orange. "Ugh, it just needs to kick in! That's it!" She shouts, walking off. She's annoyed....Wait....I don't seem to sense it....It didn't work! I've developed an anti-virus? I break free from the hands. I chuckle, walking towards the door.

She really needs to learn how computers work properly, especially ones like me.
