Percy
I uncapped Riptide and burst through the door. Up an elevator (which I did not like), I followed the direction of water flowing in the pipes down a hall.I walked in on what appeared to be an argument between a woman with reddish brown hair and a Mexican dude who sort of resembled a grown Leo.
They both turned to me, startled, and before I could say anything I was thrown in a cell with a glass imprisonment.
"Hey!" I banged my fists against the glass.
"What in Hades is going on here?" I swore loudly, mostly on Zeus. A man stood before me, flanked by a woman with brown eyes and the two I'd seen before. The man had on a red outfit.
"Seriously? What's with all the costumes? This isn't Halloween!" Right then the people from the ship chose to enter.
My throat constricted. I hated being trapped, helpless, in small spaces, and crowds. Fantastic.
"Who are you?" The man in red stepped forward, and I finally registered the lightning bolt on his chest. "Get me out!"
He snorted. "Not a chance." I huffed.
"Look I know I've never been your favorite demigod, or person, for that matter, but please, Zeus. I mean, Lord Zeus." Now he looked confused.
"Who's Zeus?"
"Do I need to get Poseidon down here?" I screamed. "Gods know what he'll do when he figures out you locked me up! I didn't even do anything! They were trying to steal Ares's spear!" I pointed an accusing finger to Sara.
She stepped forward. "Whoa, whoa. Slow your roll, kid. Who's Zeus, who's Poseidon, and what's all this about Ares and his dumb spear?"
I heard thunder rumble, and cursed myself. "Do you see what you've done? Now he's mad!" I turned back to Zeus.
"Please let me out. Is that what you want? For me to beg?" He interrupted me.
"Who the hell are you? I'm not Zeus! Now tell me what you're talking about or you can call that cell home forever."
I blinked, astonished. "Wait, you're... not Lord Zeus?" He shook his head, and the older Leo intervened.
"Zeus, Poseidon, and Ares are all Greek gods," he explained. I nodded, happy that he'd understood. "Greek myths."
"Look, dude, people have different beliefs! The gods aren't myths! You should respect them if you don't want to get your butt fried to ashes, swept into the sea, and lost in Tartarus."
The reddish haired girl stepped forward, and opened my cell. I flew out (no, not really, thank you children of Zeus) and drew my sword."Here he goes with the pen," I heard the metal outfit man mutter.
"Hey!"'I snapped at him. "If you could see it, you would be terrified!"
The thunder rumbled even louder, and I glanced up nervously.
"Ah, schist. We're screwed."I tensed to bolt (chill, my Zeus friends. Not what I meant) out of the room, but the not-Zeus stood in my way.
"Where you headed?"
"Look, I need to leave." Something was gonna happen. I could feel it in the pit of my stomach.
I heard a crash down the hall, and a roar. They heard it, too. Taking the chance, I darted out to the room and waved my sword menacingly. It was a baby Cyclops. Figures.
I sighed, bored. "Seriously? No Titans, or ancient gods trying to restore their power? This is getting too easy."
The brown eyed girl ran in, and her eyes widened when she saw the monster, and screamed.
He turned on her, and hit her into the wall, through a glass panel. Her head made a sickening thwack against the concrete.
"No!" I yelled, and leaped into action. Within ten seconds, the monster was gone, I was wiping gold dust off my sword, and not-Zeus was helping the girl up.
"Are you okay?" I asked earnestly. She nodded. "Thank you." I smiled back.
"Just doing my job."
"What's your name?"
"Percy Jackson." I extended a hand. She took it. "Iris West."
She gestured to the others. "Barry, Caitlin, Cisco, Amaya, Sara, Jax, Stein, Nate, Ray, and Rip." She grimaced at the last name.
I nodded, struggling to remember the names. "Wally and Julian aren't here yet, and Mick, well..." I remembered what Amaya had said about him, and stated "Traitor."
Sara nodded, her voice hard. "So, kid, what were you doing on our ship?"
I shrugged. "Just curious." All their eyes narrowed, and I sighed, pulling out and uncapping Riptide. Iris gasped and shrunk back.
Barry squinted. "What? It's just a pen." She stared at him. "You don't see the sword?" Not waiting for a response, I held it out, hilt first.
She took it and delicately traced a finger along its blade. "Beautiful," Iris whispered. She then turned Riptide on its side, and her eyes widened.
Her eyes darted up to me. "Anaklusmos." I nodded.
"Rough translation, Riptide."
A flash filled the room, and I kneeled. Iris spun around, and before her stood Annabeth. At least, that was how she looked to me.
"Lady Aphrodite," I announced. "How may I help you?" "Perseus, I do wish you were always this polite."
"I am!" I defended. She grunted, and somehow made it ladylike. "Why are you here?"
"You have found one of Olympus's long lost demigods, and I am supposed to take her to the gods."
"Why you?"
She grinned. "Charmspeak." "Oh, right."
Iris interrupted our banter. "Who's a demigod? What's a demigod?" "A child of a mortal of a god. Your godly parent was your mother, and you were conceived under rather... strange circumstances."
"How so?" "Your mother was never supposed to have a romantic life."
"Hera?" I asked. Aphrodite turned to me, eyes glittering. "No. Artemis."
