The man sitting at his desk methodically went through the piles of admission forms, but not one stood out to him.
He paused for a moment, stretching out his long, muscled arms over his head and leaned back. His dark red hair seemed to shine in the sunlight it moved into before returning to the shadows of the room. The man brought his arms down and scanned over some more of boring papers covered in Japanese script.
But one paper made him pause.
It was filled out entirely in English.
He read through it carefully, and smiled to himself. The smile wasn't a pleasant one to those who had witnessed it before. It had a dark, sinister feel to it. Nobody who had been on the receiving end of that smile could say they enjoyed what came after. But now, this smile was intended for the student whom the admission form belonged to.
He finally found himself interested in a potential student.
"From America, eh? And at the top of his middle school class? If I remember correctly, ninth grade is the beginning of high school for the American Education System...I think he will provide quite the advantage for class 3-A."
Finishing his personal monologue, the principal of Kunugigaoka Middle School set the admission form to the side, separate from the rest of the forms.

Hey everyone. I don't normally do author's notes, but I think I will this time.
This is my first time trying a crossover fanfic, and I just want to let you guys know how it's gonna go a little bit.
The crossover aspect isn't very profound, since this fanfic starts in middle school. But I assure you, you WILL be seeing hints at the crossover in the first half of this book before it becomes more apparent.
I hope you enjoy this book, and I hope that I can actually finish it!
