'I need that stuff back at the fortress asap. We're running out. Thanks princess 😘' Clyde messaged.
We were running low on the green goo that Clyde used as a weapon, turning people into Nazi zombies.
I volunteered to make the trip with Craig so we could carry more back. He was a high ranking thief, so sneaking wasn't that big of a deal. I had trained with him a lot, which upsetted Clyde for some reason.
As soon as I heard word of the fortress of darkness and rumors that Clyde and Craig were behind it, I quickly joined their side. Clyde was overjoyed that I'd sided with them and made me a princess. The princess of darkness to be exact.
Most of the time I spent strategizing and keeping our operation under the radar, trying to destroy both the elves and humans. Clyde took being banished from space and time very personal...
'On our way' I responded as Craig and I exited the closed off Taco Bell property through a hole in the fence. We got out with two barrels of the goo instead of one this time. Clyde will be happy about that.
'Be careful' I smiled at his concern before slipping my phone into my pocket.
Craig and I rolled the barrels down a side road for what felt like forever until we reached Clydes street.
Once we'd made it, we left the barrels out front and ordered some of Clydes 'warriors' to carry them to the fortress.
I made my way up into the highest level of the fortress before spotting Clyde. He was seated in his throne, pouring the last bit of the goo he had into a squirt gun.
"What the fuck Clyde! Where's your gloves?" I grabbed his gloves from the other side of the room before running over to him.
"I'm done now," amusement filled his nasally voice.
I cupped his cheeks in my hands, carefully observing his face for any signs of the toxins hurting him. "Are you okay? Are you feeling alright?"
He pulled my hands from his cheeks and held them in his own, looking up at me with that charming smile.
"You worry too much. I'm fine princess." I pulled my hands away and scowled despite wanting to melt into his arms.
"You need to be careful Clyde." I frowned, turning to leave the room.
Ever since his mom died, he'd do dumb and careless things as if it didn't matter what happened to him. I hated it.
I always tried my best to comfort him to the best of my abilities and care for him emotionally as much as I could.
"I'm sorry Y/n..." He spoke up glumly. I turned and watched as he approached me.
"I know I should be more careful but to be honest, I don't really care what happens to me," he looked towards the floor, but I was just short enough to see tears fall from his eyes.
I wrapped my arms tightly around his torso and he automatically hugged me back.
I rested my head on his chest, my voice slightly muffled as I spoke, "I care what happens to you Clyde. Please don't get yourself hurt. My life wouldn't be the same without you," a tear escaped as I said the last sentence.
Clyde parted from the hug and held me out enough to see my face, he chuckled sadly, "well I don't want you ever being upset so I guess I need to start caring..." He observed my face, "please don't cry Y/n. You're too beautiful to cry."
He smiled sadly, wiping the single tear from my face with his thumb.
I smiled sheepishly and looked to the floor.
He lifted my chin up gently with his finger, making me look at him, "thank you so much for being here for me princess. Especially through all the bullshit." He leaned down, softly kissing my forehead.
I blushed but smiled through the nervousness. I pecked his cheek in response and wrapped my arms tightly around his neck, pulling him into an even tighter embrace.
After a short moment of silence, he spoke up softly, "what do you say I make you my queen and we rule the darkness together?" He pushed a strand of hair away from my face, resting his hands on my waist once I finally released him from my death grip.
I rested my hands on his shoulders and grinned ear to ear, "I'd love that."
He returned the smile, slowly leaning down until our lips met.
Much to my distaste, we parted way too soon to Craig running in, "Clyde we've got a- woah gross. I, uh."
Clyde chuckled at his reaction and I sighed with a sheepish smile, "spit it out Craig."
"Okay. We've got a problem. Some elves found us. I tied them up in the dungeon though." He stated in his usual monotone voice.
"Okay. I'll meet you down there in ten minutes." Clyde groaned.
Once Craig closed the door, Clyde turned to me, "I guess I gotta go deal with this."
I giggled and kissed his cheek before pulling away, "I'll hold down the fort while you do that." I walked over, taking a seat at the throne.
He chuckled, "alright my queen, stay for dinner tonight?" He questioned from the door.
I grinned dorkily, "certainly my king."

FanfictionI'm not sure how often I'll be updating. This is more of a side project, for now. South Park is what got me on wattpad in the first place, so why not? I'll probably do more if I get requests with a plot line. I've seen every episode like three times...
