[Your Pov.]

You apologized a million times to Edd for daring him to jump over the couch. You feel that if he hadn't done it and you hadn't dared him to, he would've gotten hurt. You had your heart set on staying there with him that night to help him get better sense he was drowsy for about an hour straight. You wanted to make sure he was okay.

You helped him to his room and sat him on the bed.

"Are you sure you don't need an actual doctor?" you asked him, concern painting over your voice and words as they slipped out of your mouth.

"Yeah, yeah, I'm fine (Y/N)," Edd replied, waving his hand. He eased hinself into a laying down position.

"Okay... If you need anything, just call my name," you told him, smiling and patting hi head. His face grew a bright red as you walked out.

[Edd's Pov.]

Once (Y/N) left my room and turned off the lights, I was alone with my thoughts. I was listening to the angel and demon on either one of my shoulders. The angel was telling me that (Y/N) was just being a good friend and I should talk to her more while the demon was telling me that (Y/N) was mine and I should just keep her t ok myself. I shook my head and a shot of pain went through it. I grunted and rubbed it.

I lay on my side and thought for a moment, What am I going to tell her when she knows I like her? I can't do much but just admit it.

I sighed. I pictured (Y/N)'s firsst appearance at the front door. She was pretty shy but happy so meet new people. She was really attacted to me ever since that day. I couldn't help but seem bad that I was practically hogging (Y/N) for myself. I knew Tom liked her, too, and Matt probably did as well.

Why am I so nice about other peoples' thoughts and feelings anyway?...

I pushed the thought aside to the back of my head and thought of ways I could get (Y/N) to takk to Matt or Tom. I could probably get her to teach Matt something sense she was really smart (through my eyes) or I could get her to start learning to play the guitar like Tom and make Tom her teacher. Yeah, I'd probably do Tom first. I hope Matt doesn't mind.

Sorry that they chapter is a little short! I'm using this as a way to get you guys a little hyped about the next that will be leaning towards Tom x Readet sense I'm always leaning towards Edd x Reader.
