Perfect

[Edd's Pov.]

I went to go see (Y/N) the next morning with Ringo following me. I guessed that he followed to go see her. Before I knocked on the door, the door swing open and (Y/N) stood there with her (E/C) eyes on me. She smiled and said,"Hey, Edd." I gave her a goofy grin and said,"Hello, (Y/N)."

Ringo walked past her feet and into her house. She sat me down on the sofa and she went to the kitchen to go get a can of  Cola for me and a can/bottle/cup of (F/D) for her. When she came back, I saw that Ringo was literally holding the pair of glasses she had gotten yesterday in his mouth. I was about to yell at him, but (Y/N) was right there and I didn't want her to be disgusted or something that I yelled at my cat.

She sat down next to me and gave me the can of Cola. She turned to Ringo and said,"Oh! I was looking for those. Thanks, Ringo." She pet his head and took her glasses. She wiped the lenses with her shirt and put them on. I couldn't help but think to myself that she looked nice with them.

"Um, Edd, are you okay? Your face is getting red again," she said to me. I felt my cheek. It was warm. I waved my hand and said,"Oh, I'm fine."

She shrugged and fiddled with her thumbs. There was a coat of silence before she asked,"Edd... What do you really think of me?"

"Wh-What? What do you mean?"

"I mean, I'm a pretty weird girl, aren't I?" she replied. "I've always been odd. Instead of having fake jewelry and stuff when I was little, I caught lizards and kept them for as long as I could."

I gave her a confident smile and said,"You're perfect, (Y/N)."

She looked at me, her cheeks dusted pink. "R-Really?"

"Yes, really."

She smiled and said,"You're perfect, too, Edd."

We chuckled and Ringo jumped onto the couch and layed in her lap. She pet him after putting her (F/D) onto the coffee table. I had that urge to do something... I dunno... Romantic? What could I possibly do? I mean, I can't even tell if I have feelings for someone.

Ringo sat between us. "So, uh... I-I was w-wondering if... Y-You'd w-want to watch a movie sometime?" I stuttered.

"Sure! Are the others coming too?"

"U-Uh, no... I meant l-like just the t-two of us..."

"Oh! Okay then. Sure, Edd. How about Friday? 6:00 p.m.?"

"S-Sure! Perfect."
