He is screaming,
He is weeping.
He is wanting
to be breathing
fresh air,
A little
more soothing...
But his mom,
her cries,
echoing around,
in his mind are 'whys'.
Hoping alone, one day
she won't be bound
by all these lies...
She hopes for
One special day
where summer will last
and winter will stay.
All the seasons would stretch
unlike the time of happiness
that never made it's way...
that she's never met.
But he knows
things won't change
He knows
things won't ever be the same
Same as his thoughts
In which there is one sweet memory
of her laughing, of her smiling,
of her running her hands
through his hairs
of her holding back
his small little tears
of her being the warmth
that shows only care.
But it's just the memories,
in his mind a withering melody
of the things actually being normal.
It might ring him good
but things were now far from being normal.
Sometimes we wonder,
if things are going to go back
the way they used to be...
If they are going to be normal
as they were before...
— But certain things in life can't go back the way they used to be...
— They might be out of norm right now, but believe it or not, it's going to be your new norm! And you have to live with it!!
— Instead of facing down, face these tensions in life head-on. You can't change what's already happened or what already is going on. Be brave, be strong, face it like the real man <3 (Right, you are a girl. But I'm sure you can do it too!) ;) Wish you luck!! :))
And it's okay.
No matter how old you grow up
nostalgia is always going to
