Letting Myself Fall

"Ever since I first saw you

you've been pulling me down hard

But that's okay

'Cause I'd be falling anyway

I guess what it comes down to

is that the one time i know I shouldn't let my guard down

I do anyway

and i'm letting myself fall for you..."

That's the last thing I said

Before you left

And now I've hit the ground

and my breath is nowhere to be found

And it hurts so badly

That I'm starting to think maybe

next time

I'll look before I leap

So that I never have to fall again.
