I was hurled at Bob who sneered at me. Filip forced himself up,still clasping his shoulder as Jack walked around him.

"I guess we have prisoner number two now." Filip laughed humorlessly.

"You're so wrong bro." He said and before I could process what was happening, Jack was down on the ground with Filip on top of him. He had Jack's gun in a hand pointing it at him while his other hand held him in place. Bob tightened his grip on my arm and placed a gun at my neck as he began dragging me away.

I struggled with him but even though I was taller,he was still stronger. Next thing I knew was that Filip was running towards us still holding the gun. The moon was beginning to shine more brightly now so everything became clearer. Bob growled and pointed the gun at my head as his arm came around my neck, holding me to him, making me drop my backpack.

"Let her go!" Filip barked. Bob snorted. Before I realized what was happening and before I could warn Filip, Jack knocked Filip over. I watched in horror as Filip fell and Jack grabbed the gun from Filip's hand. He pinned Filip down and pulled the trigger.

But nothing came out.

"What?! So much for reloading?" Bob yelled. It was then I knew Bob's too was probably empty! Jack glared at him.

"Hey it wasn't my fault someone was still sleeping when we were running out of time!" Jack retorted. Filip took it as a chance to punch Jack off him but Jack was quick to notice it and deflected the punch. He then proceeded to punch Filip hard on the face. I heard a crack and I could bet he had a broken nose.

"Stop it! Jack just stop!" I found myself yelling as tears rolled down my cheeks. Jack paused and looked at me. Filip was quite still, probably weak from the punches.

"I like you Becky, I really do. But you betrayed us you bitch!" Jack yelled. Hearing the b-word from Jack stung. I must admit he had grown on me a bit for the past few hours- unlike Bob. I covered my mouth with my hand to prevent excessive sobbing.

"I'm so sorry." I whispered. Bob snorted and I think I caught Filip rolling his eyes. Jack scowled and punched Filip once more but this time,on his stomach. Filip groaned.

"Jack please." I pleaded. He shook his head then nodded at Bob. Maybe some sort of secret code because Bob dragged me away. I struggled to no avail.

"Becky! Filip!" I heard our names being shouted. It sounded more like Kelly's voice. The impatient girl,I almost chuckled.

"Run you bitch!" Bob whisper yelled at me. I wanted to resist but his grip on me tightened so I had no choice. I ran with him along the bushes until we burst into an open space. I was hurled into a familiar Volvo. Bob got in and simultaneously, Jack did.
How did he get here so fast? Bob started the car and zoomed off.

"Where's Filip?" I asked after a while.

"Your boyfriend?" Jack said, bitterly.

"He's not my boyfriend and where is he?." I demanded, getting impatient. Bob snorted.

"I see you've found your tongue." He spat.

"I wasn't asking you." I snapped.

"Hey watch it! Cos left for me,I'd have killed you. You should be grateful to Jack." Bob snapped back. I ignored him and turned to Jack.

"Where. Is. Filip?" I asked through gritted teeth. Jack didn't answer. I groaned in frustration and ran my fingers through my hair. I was tempted to tug at it in frustration. Nothing must happen to Filip, dear God! I hope Kelly or one of those silly cops with their stupid plan finds him on time!

"Do you really want to know?" Jack asked quietly. I began to panic. Did I really want to know? What if it's bad? Would I be able to handle it? But curiosity got the better of me.

"Yes please." I replied. Jack nodded.

"His friends've got him,I guess. I took off the moment you guys left." He said.

"Okay." I said. I breathed a sigh of relief. Thank God they found him because he was really bleeding. The car suddenly stopped.

"Shit!" Bob cursed.

"Where are we? What happened?" I asked. Jack sighed.

"The car's battery is dead. Come on,get out." Jack said. I climbed out of the car. I groaned as I realized I wasn't actually with my backpack. Bob and Jack had gotten out of the car already and were waiting for me.

"Come on,Becky." Jack said. I followed them. There was no use running when I didn't even know where we were.

"Where exactly are we going?" I asked. Jack shrugged.

"No where in particular. Just away from curious eyes for now before we figure out if it is safe to release you and if we're sure you'd keep quiet about all you know." I nodded. We walked for a while before deciding to take a rest. We sat on a huge stone. I remembered I had some peanuts which I had kept in my pocket back at the cottage so I handed them a pack each and opened one for myself. I had to earn as much of their trust as possible even if it is through food. Bob surprisingly accepted it,muttering a 'thank you'. I nodded and we began munching.

Halfway through my peanuts, I heard sirens blaring. I hoped we were ambushed already. USB spy world cops trainees as they are called wouldn't blare their sirens without ambush. Bundary Hills cops are trained to do the same but then again,it's Bundary Hills cops, they do what they like.

I had mixed feelings about being rescued. First I was glad I was being rescued finally, but on the other hand, I was going to miss Jack who was growing on me in a brotherly kind of way... Weird,I know. I guess my tracker gave us away.

Bob grabbed my arm roughly while Jack craned his neck to see if he could spot anything suspicious. Bob tugged at my arm and we began running away together before Jack suddenly turned and jumped over a log of wood, running through another route. I soon discovered it was because a cop had come out from nowhere. Bob quickly dragged me away, yelling for me to run faster. The cop shot at Bob but the bullet flew over his head because he ducked in time before we successfully escaped. We then came to a halt near a cottage.

Another cottage? Gosh kids these days!

I sat on a rickety old chair I found there. I was completely exhausted and I now noticed I wasn't holding my peanuts. It probably fell off as we ran. The moon was slowly drifting away and the day was becoming brighter gradually. I checked my wristwatch which I had put on back in the volvo. It was four a.m. Gosh!

Bob went into the cottage for a while after threatening me to not dare try to run. Of course I wouldn't, cos he needs to be arrested. My sympathy for Bob was diminishing to the last bit!

Then I heard a beep beside me. My eyes widened as I saw Bob holding a tracker detector device at my shoulder. The thing was beeping at my right shoulder where it was planted. Next thing I knew was that everything went black after I felt a needle pierce through my neck.
