Don’t fall in love as a way to save yourself.

Fall in love as a way to help each other grow.

Some girls/guys tend to love a person, start a relationship, and start making up plans for how the future will be. They make up plans to “save them” from the reality they are in.

They want love, attention, care, protection etc… and believe that this partner will help them accomplish anything.

Then at one point, a problem happens, and they fall back again.

There is a big difference between saving someone and saving them for yourself. 

If you go into a relationship expecting to take and take, you will lose a lot. If you go into a relationship expecting to give it all you’ve got, you will gain so much of what the other will give you as well.

it's not about giving them the weight; it's about borrowing strength and gaining your own to lift the weights up.

Love is not a safe path all the time. It requires fighting and patience to walk through it. It requires sacrifice from both of you so both of you can lift the other when they’re down.

Love doesn’t save you. Love awakens you to what you can do to save yourself.
