A Great Love Story
When someone breaks up and ends a relationships, we almost always tend to think;
"what have I done wrong?"
"Did I hurt you in any way??"
"Don't you love me anymore?"
"What did I do to deserve this?"
But the problem in here lies within trying to justify things by blaming "yourself" and trying to find the flaws in what you have been doing, forgetting that when you try to change your typical behavior, you're not being yourself anymore. Forgetting that wanting to change who you are for a moment of a break-up means this love is starting to get one-sided.
Note that I am not trying to excuse bad habits (laziness, pride, selfishness, etc) but only speaking of typical acts such as being "comfortable" to not always dress up like a model for example. Or getting home a bit late one day because you wanted to meet up with an old friend instead of running fast to meet your lover.
These things become a part of your daily life together.
If you always put too much effort on trying to change and become the so perfect girlfriend/boyfriend, you will forget that this energy will be taken from your "Love" and it will be consumed with "change" rather than the acts of love itself.
When a breakup happens, it is because love died since the chemistry between you no longer exists. Whether they pick someone else, fight with you, make mistakes or blame you with things doesn't matter at that moment; break ups happen. But sometimes it is not something you did; it just died.
It's hurtful, and it's painful to coop with and handle, but don't ask "what have i done wrong?", instead you ask "Why did we end up like this? is there any chance of fixing it? if it's too late, I deserve to know what broke our love so that I satisfy my mind and move on."
This is only a chapter in your life, it is not the end. It is not always your fault. Don't blame yourself and get depressed as you fall in assumptions of your lack of love-skills.
There is someone there that understands life and is willing to live it to the max with you.
I can promise you that.
