Kousei's POV
He was walking to the cemetery where his mother and the one whom he always loved was buried. He went to his mother and told her how he was doing. Then he went to Kaori's tomb. He despised being there. It just reminded him that she was gone and was never going to come back. No matter how much he hated that place, he stayed there for a very long time weeping.
Afterwards, with a heavy heart, he started on his way home. Again he walked through the lane of blooming cherry blossoms. But when he was walking, he saw someone very familiar. Someone he would never thought he would see again.
"Mom?"
The woman turned around. She seemed serene and at peace, different than how she used to be. She smiled, "Kousei, I am sorry. I provided you with much undeserved misery. I am glad you enjoy music more now."
"Mom..." He watched her as she slowly floated away. "Thank you."
She turned her head and smiled. "Go! Someone even more special is waiting for you at home."
With that, he ran back home. In a rush he slammed the door open and saw the girl he was waiting for, he didn't know he was, but he was. Even though he thought she was dead. He ran to give her a hug and refused to let go.
She smiled and hugged him back. "I'm home Kousei. And I have something to tell you."
He reluctantly released then looked at her. "What?"
"The truth."
Fin.
I'm really sorry you all. I haven't updated for a really long time. I thought that I should give you a peace of thought by finishing it. Again I'm really sorry.
