Marianne observed her sister to be so silent and sad for the last few days since the incident. She didn’t understand much. Based from what she saw everyday in her sister, Patricia looked like she lost someone precious to her again.
They remained at the inn for a week because they were concerned at Patricia. Capt Tristaine also needed treatment with his wounds. He still hadn’t gained consciousness.
One afternoon, Marianne left her sister in their room because she said that she wants to be alone.
Patricia stared ahead blankly then later, tears started flowing out from her eyes again like when she saw Rendell vanish in front of her eyes.
She didn’t notice her tears flowing down her cheeks at first until Ron gave her a handerkerchief.
“Patricia,” Lord Wilston said. “Do you know who that is?”
“Marianne and I met him earlier. He saved my sister from an accident…” she said.
“Then… why are you crying?” Lord Wilston asked.
Patricia stared at him. “I … I don’t know why. It just feels painful inside my chest.”
“We understand …” Capt. Volnacker said, patting her on the shoulder.
“The prince saved us …” Lord Wilston said.
“Yes. He might have felt something too.” Capt Volnacker said.
“He also finds us familiar. That’s a good sign …” Lord Wilston said.
“Excuse me, Sir” Ron said. “I’m also confused here… but who is he really?”
Lord Wilston sighed. “After I saw with my very own eyes how he used the sword Zeron … I am very sure that he is Prince Mikhail …”

“But one this is for sure …” Capt Volnacker said. “He really is Prince Mikhail … right Patricia?”
She was startled with the question. They were asking her for verification. She thought about her feelings but there is still a part of her that couldn’t accept the truth that was before her.
“Am I really Mikhaila?”
Capt. Volnacker patted her shoulder again. “I believe that you will find answers when we reach the Brethan Kingdom … and I am sure that Rendell will also seek out for answers as well.” He looked at Lord Wilston.
“Yes. I’m sure he will. It will be hard for him and dangerous since he is a Knight under King Gellate himself … that bothers me …” Lord Wilston sighed then looked at Ron. “I have a job for you.”
