Ruby's POV

I heard everything they said, i listened as soon as i came back i kept my eyes close thinking about the sparks flying up and down my whole body knowing somebody is holding onto me i heard so many voice's it made me want to get away from here i didn't know what happened i only knew i didn't want any wolf to hurt the one i was protecting for some unknown reason either i was so scared i couldnt help but try a protect that wolf.

I heard so many names but i didn't know which one goes to who the only thing i am certain is that now they have seen me i knew i couldn't run away i felt parts of my body beginning to move knowing how i can move now if i wanted but truthfully i didn't want to being in the arms of this person i could stay here forever no doubt about it i wasn't scared like i would normally be but i felt safe and complete and i haven't felt that in all my life before i woke up i was sent into the past again and remembered what happened when i woke up from being knocked out after my parents were murdered right in front of me.

FLASHBACKS

Laying on a cold table only in a paper sheet dress of some sort but i knew i was freezing especially on this cold metal table, i felt myself being touched a prodded by someone and i hated the feeling but i didn't want to open my eyes so i layed there in silence trying to hear what they wanted from me hopefully i get the answers too.

"She's perfect, maybe we didn't need to anyone else anymore." i heard someone speak and then I heard shuffling around me telling me that they were moving.

"Her parents should have just gave us her that way they could have lived longer than they had, we wouldnt have to kill them if they wasnt stubborn" i heard the same person chuckle to himself making me frown when they mentioned my parents knowing i am different from other people as my parents had told me why I'm little short tempered and I'm very smart for my age just thinking about them made me want to cry but i knew i had to keep quiet.

"The memory wipe should have worked now." the same person spoke to the other making me want to whimper but I kept quiet.

"We will experiment on her with the virus from the others, maybe the hunters are out of use now we have her they are not needed anymore." another voice came into this room by the point i was completely confused and had no idea what they was talking about and that what scared me i felt a prick going into my arm and felt my body reacting to what ever they gave me and that's when i started to feel sleepy again.

PRESENT

I felt the arms around me tighten enough for me to struggle breathing i tried to wriggle out of it but i couldn't eventually i had to jump out and try to run away that whole word try had a meaning to it when i said try i never expected to stop where i was going and stare at the person i was in the arms off and i couldnt help to freeze when i saw the boy i was attracted to wolf and human. 

"Tommy you have to cool off, you probably just scared her" i seen a older man from behind him tilting my head sideways thinking to myself I've never seen him before but he had power coming from him knowing that means this man is the alpha.

"She's running away from me dad" the sound of hes voice sounded scared which also confused me but having all there eyes of me made me feel little scared and i don't like that i stepped backwards ready to leave when by the person that's called Tommy growled as a warning but i didn't like being growled at so i carried on moving backwards i never expected a huge rawr coming from hes throat.

The power of the rawr made me whimper in pain and something started changing and i knew i was shifting but wasn't sure what into not until i started to feel cold from the cold air and smell the dirt that was under me i felt myself on hard floor.

Opening my eyes slowly and saw i was on the floor frowning at the mud that was sticking to the floor slowly looking up and saw that I haven't changed and saw them all looking shocked as they was looking at me.

Looking down at my paw ready to stand up and walk away until I stopped as i was looking down at my hand... my human hand...

I was shocked turning my hand thinking it wasn't real and that i hadn't seen my body like this since i shifted when I was 14 years old and ran away from the black boarded up house where they kept me.

I heard someone coming closer to me before i knew i had someone bringing me closer to them turning round to see Tommy putting something around me then i noticed i was naked but i couldn't take my eyes of him as he gave me a small smile.

Something in me melted i didnt know what this connection was which scared me ive never felt like this before...

"Come on, before you catch your death" he whispered to me i knew he was right it was freezing i haven't felt the cold because i was always in my wolf form or my other forms he tried to get me up onto my feet but i whimpered as i felt the pain on my legs if he wasn't holding onto me i would have fell to the ground painfully.

"I..I'm going to put my arms around you to pick you up" he looked at me in the eyes asking for permission and i nodded something inside of me just trusted him straight the way.

Maybe its a good thing and maybe it isnt but i knew that there was something about him thats different a good different though and i couldnt help but think maybe this is the start of something good to happen in my life.
