Ruby's POV

The moment he begged me to come back i knew i had to try really hard to get back to him, it still doesn't mean i have forgiven him for accusing me for cheating on him.

Going over and over again in my head trying to get the will to control my instincts then i remembered what my mate said to me.

'I have faith in you that you can do this'

I pushes everything onto what he had said he had faith in me and that was all i needed, i started to feel really light headed then i felt lighter but i still could feel them there inside with me but this time i was in control i felt stronger like this which felt different i looked up to him and saw him looking at me worried, he didn't know that so i pushed him little harder than i meant too and he flew across the clearing.

He landed onto the floor and looked at me shocked. 

"What was that for!?" he shouted at me. 

"You accused me of cheating!" i snarled at him making him gulp.

"I know and I'm very sorry"

"It wont be that easy" i mumbled to myself but i knew he heard what i said.

"W...what do y..." that was all i heard before i shifted into my eagle and flew up into the sky.

Flying around made me feel free, i felt safe up here where no one could get in my way expect for birds, it made it easier for me to think about everything tha had happened.

Was i really that distant that he would assume I'm cheating on him?

And was that all i needed for him to have faith in me?

I thought about many things whilst flying around and that's when i flew around the school something caught my eye flying down and shifting into my cat form walking up to it.

As i looked at it i noticed i had never saw it before it looked like a sensor tilting my head to the side confused wondering why Jackson would have one of these around the school, looking around and saw more of them going around the whole school shifting into my human form and pulled it out of the ground to look at it properly.

Shifting back into my eagle and grabbing the sensor with my claws and flew up into the sky and started to fly back to the pack house, looking for a entrance and noticed the office window wide open smirking knowing who would be in there and almost scares alpha half to death which made me laugh but it sounded like a weird strangled cat noise.

"Well i never expected that" he muttered and glared at me playfully, shifting back and bowed.

"Sorry Alpha" trying to stop myself from laughing.

"And what is it that i can do for you Ruby?" i frowned at him wondering how he knew i needed to talk to him.

"You did just came through my office window normally people uses the door" he explained obviously saw my frown, looking around looking for the sensor that i had in my claw when i was an eagle.

"I was flying around the school when something caught my eye and i found this" showing him the senor and he shot up out of hes chair and got it out of my hands before i could stop him.

"Where did you found this?"

"Around the school"

"And there were just one?"

"No, there were all around the school" he didn't say anything but he paled.

"Alpha why would Jackson put those there?"

"My dad didn't put them there Hun"

"What are they?"

"There called Ultrasonic transmitter"

"If Jackson didn't put them there then who did?"

"These are what hunters use, when they are going to put wolves down" he presses the button and a very painful high pitch noise came out of the object making both of us cover our ears he quickly turns it off.

"That's how they take you down?" he nods and rubs hes temples showing signs of stress.

"If that happens with only one of them then what would happen when there are loads of them around the school?" i asked him wondering what would happen to all those wolves that are around the school.

"I'm sure it would take down every wolf around the school..." he answered honestly knowing that he was scared for all of hes pack members that are at the school.

"Where's my mate?" i asked him

"Um Sky told him to go to school and give you some space" sitting down on one of hes chairs in front of hes desk and started thinking for a moment it all started to sink in.

Hunters.

School.

Tommy.

Alpha family.

I quickly stood up and started pacing back and forth shaking my head not believing in anything i was thinking.

"Ruby whats wrong?" frowning at me

"I didn't think it was real..." looks at him with my eyes wide. 

"What do you mean?"

"I was told something was going to happen but i didn't think it was real and now i think its actually happening..."

"OMG what am i going to do..." covering my mouth and felt a tear rolling down my cheek. 

"You need to calm down and tell me what the hell your talking about" hes hands were on my shoulders looking at me in the eyes that's when i knew i had to tell him the truth otherwise i basically sent them to their death.

"You remember when i saved Seth from that wolf and i got knocked out?"

"Yes i remember" he growled out and that's when i remembered that's the day Jace got very drunk.

"Well i met this women and she's called Melissa and she told me things but i didn't think they were true..." once i mentioned her name i watched Mitch freeze.

"What did she tell you?"

"That the hunters are after the alpha family...."
