Harley's POV:
February faded into March and then March soon turned into April. School has been going well for me, especially since we are on Spring Break. We haven't had a mission in a while, so the tower has been pretty quiet...except for the gym.
"Come on," I tell him "don't be flat footed."
"I'm trying,"he grunts as he evades my kicks.
I then throw a fake punch, which he falls for, and then I quickly swipe his legs out from under him. Without letting him recover, I move swiftly to pin him down onto the mat. "Victor," I tease with a smirk plastered on my lips as I take notice of small beads of sweat forming on his face. "Now you can do better than that," I taunt as I try to aggravate him, in order to make him fight harder.
He quirks up an eyebrow and then smirks. "Come 'ere,"he says seductively. I roll my eyes with a smile on my face before I lean down, ready to feel his lips on mine. Suddenly his hands find my shoulders and shove me off of him. Before I can figure out what just happened his body slams me back onto the floor, making a grunt slip out of my mouth. Now he is the one pinning me down. "You seem distracted," he teases with a devious smirk curling its way onto his face.
"I would applaud you if I weren't pinned down," I groan as I try yanking my limbs free, with no success.
"You're so cute when you want to win,"he teases as he leans down closer to my face. His brown eyes gaze into mine and me being a sore loser I turn my face away from him. "Aww baby don't be like that."
I purse my lips in defiance as I begin to look everywhere but at him. "Well,I guess you don't want a kiss then..."he trails off as he suddenly pulls his body off of mine, leaving me cold without his body heat.
"No no no,"I laugh "come back," I plead as I quickly stand up and chase after him. Having a sudden urge to be spontaneous, I grab him by the shoulder, spin him around, and pull his face to mine as I stand on my tip-toes to kiss him. I begin to feel his lips turn upwards into a smile, so I quickly pull my lips away with a devious smirk on my face. "You can't win everything," I whisper before walking off towards Alex and Maddie, with a smirk on my face.

  Several hours later...
After taking another swig of water and wiping the sweat off my face with a towel, I find myself wrapping athletic tape around my hands while sitting on a metal bench. After wrapping my hands, I flex and unflex my fists, to get comfortable with the tape. I look around the gym to find only Darin, Maddie, and myself still training as I make my way over to one of the hanging punching bags. Jumping slightly from side to side, I quickly begin throwing punches.
The sound of my fist hitting the bag and my quick breaths surround me as I loose myself in the moment. Sweat slides down my face and neck as I continue punching and throwing random kicks here and there. A few grunts slip out of my mouth as I throw more power into some of my blows on the bag. The sun continues to shine brightly through the massive windows as I throw my last punches on my target.
Finally taking a break from beating up the punching bag, I collapse onto the metal bench again as I drink more water. I turn my eyes upwards to the wall across the room and find that it is now 30 minutes later, dang I spent 30 minutes beating that bag up! A satisfied yet tired smile tugs at my lips as I continue to drink more water, Dad would be proud. After resting for a few more minutes, I get up and stretch, letting my eyes fall on a Bo Staff propped up against a wall of more training weapons.
I make my way over to it, while seeing Darin and Maddie working on fighting techniques together out of the corner of my eyes. I grab the long, slender, silver pole and place it gently on the blue mat that cushions the hard floor. Then I search around the gym for some targets that I can practice with. 10 minutes later I stand proudly in front of my little training area that I made. A smile tugs at the corners of my lips as I wrap my hand around the familiar weapon and I center myself in the middle of my targets.
I carefully stretch my neck and then roll my shoulders back as I prepare myself for the workout. Looking up with a determined glare, I begin my training. Satisfaction feels my body as I hear the familiar swish of the weapon flying past my ear and then the sound of it whacking the target on my right as I take on the one on my left and in the middle. Placing hard kicks into the left target and elbows into the middle target, I then jab the staff into the target on my right, earning a strong huff of air escaping through my nose.
After about 10 more minutes I find myself sweating and tired, so I relax my arms and then take a step back. I prop a hand on my hip and the other holding the bo staff as I examine the dents I left in the targets. Um...maybe Mr.Stark won't notice, I tell myself as I nervously bring my free hand up to rub my neck. Hearing no other sounds in the room other than my ragged breathes, I look around and find that Maddie and Darin are no where to be seen. A sigh of relief slips through my lips as I wipe sweat off of my forehead, thank goodness for no witnesses.
After putting up the gear, and hiding the messed up targets, I make my way into the elevator with a water bottle in my hand and a small towel slung over my shoulder. I press the button that leads to the main living room and then turn around to watch the elevator move up along the tower. The sun is now setting, creating beautiful shadows of sky scrapers that cover the streets below. A content sigh escapes through my nostrils before a soft ding chimes, letting me know that I'm at my stop.
I make my way quietly into the kitchen, taking notice of Allie and Darin napping together on one of the couches, how cute. Quietly, I open one of the cabinets and grab some fruit snacks, and using my "ninja skills" I make my way to my room. After successfully making it to my room without making a sound, I quietly shut my door and then collapse onto my bed with fruit snacks in my hands. Sitting up against my bed frame, I gaze out my window as I munch on the little gummies.
The sky begins its transition from fading oranges and yellows to hues of blue and black. Kind of reminds me of home, but you can't see as many stars here as you can back at my house, due to light pollution. Sighing as I swallow another gummie, I hope Dad is alright. He's probably watching movies again to try and get caught up with the movies that are playing today. Sitting there quietly on my bed, I watch as the stars slowly begin to fade into the sky, twinkling ever so slightly. A small smile tugs at the corners of my lips as I think about Dad again, we at least see the same stars.
