Mysterious Things

It was now morning in Kamiki, as the two foxes had walked back down to the town with Adventure on both of their minds. An awkward silence had gone over them until Brooke couldn't stand it anymore," Well, (!) how was your sleep last night Canyon?" He replied," Oh it was great." He was remembering both of them staring at each other, then suddenly he had a small blush over his face. They continued walking past the save spot and went through the village to get some fresh water from the waterfall.

As Canyon turned into another form, he crouched down and laid the tree down and started to drink water then suddenly Brooke leaped into the air with a trail of maple leaves behind her, almost touched the water as she used the lily pad technique and landed softly on a beautiful lily pad.

Canyon thought to himself,"that was a surprising move she made, I wonder if she can teach me that technique.."

As they were back in Kamiki, Brooke took Canyon to Mr. Orange's house and they were both heavily fed. "Ahh, thank you very much Mr. Orange," Brooke said with praise. Mr. Orange said back," any time! My wife will be making cherry pies later on, come back at sunset if you'd like any." They walked out again and suddenly heard a big loud boom!

"Brooke... what was that?!" Canyon yelled out with fear and dark colors swirling in his eyes when the boom happened, startling him. Brooke looked at him and her fur colors turned from cream to a light shade of tan or hazel looking," I-I don't know! We have to find out and hope the Sakura tree in the field isn't harmed!" Swiftly she started to run, then sprint, with golden flower trails behind her and her 9 large tails blowing in the wind, and by her side was Canyon, in another form Brooke hadn't seen before;
